HUBER - Key Persons
W. Andrew Trott brings 18 years of experience at Huber to his role on the Management Board of Huber Engineered Woods (HEW).
Trott retired as President of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) in 2014, after having served in that leadership position since 2009. He has firsthand knowledge of the engineered woods business based on many years at HEW, including his role as its President from 2002 to 2007. Trott also served as Chair of the HEW Management Board at its inception in 2008 until May 2011.
When Trott first joined Huber, he was Vice President of Finance and Administration at HEW. He went on to become Corporate Controller at Huber's headquarters in Edison, New Jersey, before returning to HEW as President.
Prior to becoming President of HEM, Trott served as an Executive Vice President of Huber and President of HEM's Silica business unit.
Trott's roles before joining Huber included accounting and operating positions at General Electric, Schneider Electric and Harris Corporation. He has a BS from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Duke University.

Brian Carlson has served as President of Huber Engineered Woods (HEW) since 2007 and has been a Director on the HEW Management Board since 2008. He also serves on the Huber Management Council.
Carlson joined HEW in 1995 as a Resin Scientist at Huber's R&D facility in Commerce, Georgia. In 1997, he moved to HEW's headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he held several roles, including Product Sales, National Accounts and Field Sales Director.
Carlson was promoted to Vice President (VP) of Sales & Marketing for HEW in 2000 and added responsibility for Business Development & Strategy in 2003. He was later named VP of Sales / Marketing / Innovation.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the forest products and chemical industries. Prior to Huber, he worked for Temple Inland and Neste Resins.
Carlson holds two degrees from Pennsylvania State University: a BS in Forest Science and an MS in Forest Resources. He also has an MS in Management of Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology.
A fifth-generation Huber family member, Brooke Seely joined the Management Board of Huber Engineered Woods (HEW) in August 2023. She previously served as a non-voting family Director on the Management Boards of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) and CP Kelco.
Seely has spent the last 20 years in the Information Governance and eDiscovery industries in various pre- and post-sales roles at global law firms and technology companies. She is currently Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Services at ActiveNav, a software company focused on data privacy and governance.
Prior to her role at ActiveNav, Seely held roles of increasing responsibility at CS Disco, Veritas, Symantec, Clearwell Systems and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Sociology & Organizational Studies from the University of California, Davis.
Carlos Guilherme joined the Huber Engineered Woods Management Board in February 2025. With more than 30 years of experience in the wood product industry, both as an operating executive and consultant, he brings valuable insights especially in the areas of strategy development and execution.
Guilherme currently manages an independent management consulting firm that works with operating companies and investment firms on issues of business strategy development, acquisition analysis and operations improvements.
Prior to his current role, Guilherme served on the executive team of Weyerhaeuser Company - a leading integrated forest products company. In his most recent role at Weyerhaeuser, he led the Trust Joist business as Vice President of Engineered Wood Products. Earlier assignments at Weyerhaeuser include Vice President of Wood Products Sales and Marketing and General Manager of the Canadian Distribution business.
Earlier in his career, Guilherme was the Vice President of Supply Chain for Fletcher Challenge Canada, a New Zealand-based wood products company, and prior to that he spent he 6 years with McKinsey & Company in their Toronto, Canada and Sydney, Australia offices.
Carlos has an MBA from the University of British Columbia, Canada and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary, Canada.

Cláudia Vaz de Lestapis has served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of J.M. Huber Corporation since January 2023. Vaz de Lestapis is a member of the Huber Management Council.
With nearly 25 years of experience at law firms and multinational corporations spanning the specialty chemicals, automotive and real estate services industries, she has a deep knowledge of the principles used to handle complex legal matters in an international setting.
Vaz de Lestapis previously served as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel for J.M. Huber Corporation starting in 2021. Her responsibilities included legal support for Corporate functions, such as Corporate Development; Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S); Finance; IT and Treasury. She also served as a Director on the Management Board of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) from 2021-2022.
Prior to this, she became General Counsel for CP Kelco in 2016, overseeing the legal support for the portfolio business at a global level. Vaz de Lestapis joined Huber in 2013 as Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Legal Director.
Before joining Huber, Vaz de Lestapis worked for over nine years as an in-house lawyer for multinational companies including Regus Plc (now IWG plc) and Delphi Corporation (now Aptiv) within the EMEA region. She began her career as a French business lawyer in banking and M&A with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she practiced for five years.
Educated in France, the UK and the US, Vaz de Lestapis holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Paris XI and a Master of Laws from the Emory University School of Law. She is a licensed attorney of the State Bar of Georgia, Paris Bar and is a Solicitor of England and Wales. Vaz de Lestapis is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, French and English.

Dan Krawczyk was named President of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) in November 2017. In his role as HEM President, he oversees three business units including Huber Advanced Materials (HAM), Huber Specialty Minerals (HSM) and Huber AgroSolutions (HAS). Krawczyk has been instrumental in reshaping HEM and accelerating its growth through numerous strategic initiatives. He has been a member of the HEM Management Board since May 2016 and has served on the Huber Management Council since 2013.
Before taking on the leadership role at HEM, Krawczyk was Executive Vice President (EVP) of Corporate Strategy & Business Development for the J.M. Huber Corporation starting in 2013. As an integral member of the Huber leadership team, Krawczyk worked directly with management and the Huber Board of Directors to shape the Company's strategic direction. His responsibilities included working collaboratively across the Huber portfolio to determine the best capital deployment for the Company to achieve its long-term strategic objectives.
Krawczyk has the distinction of having served on the Management Boards of all three of Huber's core businesses. Before joining the HEM Board, he served on the CP Kelco Board and the Board of Huber Engineered Woods.
He has more than 25 years of experience in industrial and consumer products, including expertise in financial management, strategy and corporate development, marketing and operations.
Before joining Huber, Krawczyk was EVP & Chief Financial Officer of Gibson Guitar Corporation. He also was Global VP of Business Development & Strategic Marketing for Belden and has held financial and operational leadership roles at DTE Energy, Delphi Automotive and Ford Motor Company.
Krawczyk received an MBA, as well as an MS and BS in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Michigan.
David G. Fubini joined the Huber Board of Directors in March 2017. He is a Former Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company, where for more than 30 years, he held a wide array of internal leadership roles and helped guide the strategic repositioning of many global organizations.
Currently, Fubini is a Senior Lecturer, Henry B. Arthur Fellow at Harvard Business School, teaching MBA courses on strategic leadership, organization behavior and marketing. He is the faculty chair of the Leading Professional Services Firm Executive Program and is a core faculty member of the HBS's Board of Directors and Mergers and Integration Executive Programs.
Fubini's role at Harvard is a natural outgrowth of his years at McKinsey, where he is recognized as the former leader of the NA Organization Practice and founder and leader of the Firm's Global Merger Management Practice supporting transactions, mergers and integrations. His expertise includes helping clients develop and execute major transformational programs for large acquisitions, divestitures and mergers. Among his many accomplishments, Fubini has led the efforts of nearly a dozen of the 25 largest global transactions since 2010. He has played leadership roles in transactions and integration for IBM, Coca-Cola, DuPont, Merck and many other global companies.
In addition to his role on the Huber Board, Fubini serves on the Board of Directors for Leidos, DLA Piper and Bain Credit Corporations.
Fubini received his BBA from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and an MBA from Harvard Business School, both with Distinction.

Dwain Wilcox joined J.M. Huber Corporation as Chief Information Officer in July 2022 and has also served as an Executive Vice President (EVP) since March 2023. Wilcox is a member of the Huber Management Council and is responsible leading an enterprise-wide IT strategy that is aligned with business goals, and ensuring that IT initiatives are designed and implemented to meet the current and future needs of Huber.
With more than 30 years of experience with business-to-business industrial companies, Wilcox has an established track record of leading strategic technology planning and execution to support global business objectives, enable organizational growth and deliver financial performance. He has a proven ability to build high-performing, service-focused organizations, deliver on large technology transformations and manage complex mergers and divestitures.
Prior to Huber, Wilcox held executive-level roles in various large corporations where he was responsible for developing and integrating the IT strategy into the business strategy and building the IT function's capabilities, including while serving as a VP & CIO at Axiall Corporation, a $4.5 billion manufacturer of chemicals and building products with a business portfolio model similar to Huber. Most recently, Dwain served as an Executive VP & CIO at TK Elevator America's, formerly a $9 billion business unit of ThyssenKrupp AG, a global manufacturer of elevators and escalators, where he led IT technology transformations across the company designed to improve sales and operations.

George Willis is an Experienced Senior Executive with over 36 years of expertise in logistics and transportation. Currently serving on the Huber Corporate Board of Directors, George brings a proven track record of leading major operations and strategic initiatives.
During his extensive career at UPS, George advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, culminating as President of US Operations. In this capacity, he directed package delivery services and UPS Airlines, managing a workforce of 367,000 employees and contributing to UPS's long-term strategy and execution as part of the Executive Leadership Team.
George also held leadership positions as President of UPS's West Region and the UK, Ireland, and Nordics Region, overseeing vast geographical operations and delivering strategic results. His leadership of The UPS Store® franchise network further honed his ability to drive business development and operational strategy on a large scale.
His logistical career initially began with the US Marine Corps Reserves, where he managed warehousing operations. This foundation greatly influenced his ability to innovate and efficiently manage complex logistical networks.
In addition to his work at Huber, his contributions to the governance as a former board member of Atlas Air Worldwide and a current board member of Vulcan Materials Company are noted. His career is driven by a commitment to excellence, strategic vision, and the advancement of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) principles.

Glenn M. Fish has served as Executive Vice President (EVP) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since August 2023 and is a member of the Huber Management Council. In his role, he is responsible for ensuring Huber has an effective capital structure, allowing the Company to optimize its resources to sustain profitable growth. This includes oversight of Huber's Audit, Finance, Tax, Accounting, Treasury and Risk Management functions.
Fish has more than 30 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, business operations and general management in global manufacturing companies.
Prior to joining Huber, Fish served as EVP & CFO of Vibrantz Technologies, a leading specialty chemicals and advanced materials company, where he was responsible for global financial management, procurement and corporate development functions. He also drove the execution of the three-company acquisition and merger that created Vibrantz.
Before this, Fish served as EVP & CFO and then EVP & Chief Operating Officer and Board Director of Tekni-Plex, a global manufacturer of consumer packaging materials and medical device component materials serving the healthcare, personal care, household, and food and beverage markets.
Previously, he was also SVP & CFO of Portola Packaging Inc. (now Silgan / SLGN) and held numerous leadership roles during 12 years with Alcan Packaging.
Fish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from DePaul University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.
Gretchen W. McClain has served as President & CEO of J.M. Huber Corporation since April 2022. She joined the Huber Board of Directors in 2016, bringing a unique perspective based on more than 25 years of global experience. McClain has held a diverse range of leadership roles, including the founding CEO of Xylem Inc.-an S&P 500 global water technology company with almost $4 billion in revenue-and Deputy Associate Administrator for NASA's International Space Station.
Before becoming Huber's President & CEO, she provided leadership coaching and business services to CEOs, Executives and C-suite leaders through her consulting practice, GW McClain Advisory Services. McClain worked with start-up firms and private equity firms on strategic development, business growth and expansions, including mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to establishing her consulting business, McClain oversaw the successful spin-off and creation of Xylem for ITT Corporation. Before taking the helm at Xylem, McClain served as President and Senior Vice President of ITT Fluid Motion & Control.
McClain also held several senior executive leadership positions at Honeywell Aerospace (formerly AlliedSignal), including Vice President and General Manager of its Business, General Aviation & Helicopter, Commercial Electronics Systems division.
Earlier in her career, McClain held the top management position at NASA responsible for the International Space Station. During her nine years with the space agency, McClain received the NASA Distinguished Service Medal.
McClain currently serves on the Board of Directors of two publicly traded companies: AMETEK, Inc. and Booz Allen & Hamilton Holding Corporation. She formerly served on the Boards of Boart Longyear Limited and Hennessy Capital Investment Corp. VI.
McClain was recognized on CEO Connection's list of the Most Influential Women of the Mid-Market for 2023. This annual program honors outstanding women who influence change, innovation and standards for excellence within mid-market companies.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.
Heather Campe brings nearly 30 years of experience in the specialty adhesives industry to the Management Board of Huber Engineered Woods (HEW), which she joined in January 2023.
She currently serves as Senior Vice President of International Growth at H.B. Fuller, a $3.7 billion producer of adhesives, sealants and other specialty chemical products. In this role, she is responsible for business spanning Latin America, India, the Middle East and Africa, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. She is also a member of the H.B. Fuller executive committee.
Previously, Campe held roles of increasing responsibility at H.B. Fuller. Over the course of her career with the company, she has served as Senior Vice President of Personal Care, Senior Vice President of Americas Adhesives, Vice President of Asia Pacific, Business Director of Hygiene and Business Director of Converting.
Campe began her career at National Starch and Chemical Company (now Henkel Corporation), where she held technical service, sales and marketing positions.
In addition to her role on the HEW Management Board, Campe serves as the Past-Chair and Executive Committee member of the Board of Directors for the Adhesive and Sealant Council and as a board member for both the Bakken Museum and Share My Fortune, a non-profit organization focused on helping orphans.
Campe holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from the University of Cincinnati College of Business, and she completed the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Heather Harding joined the Huber Corporate Board in December 2022, bringing over 25 years of operational experience at multiple global industrial manufacturing companies.
She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Luxfer Holdings PLC, a global materials technology company specializing in the design, manufacture and supply of high-performance materials, components and gas cylinders. In this role, Harding oversaw all financial aspects of the company, including US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, investor relations, financial compliance, internal audit, tax and treasury.
Prior to joining Luxfer, Harding was Vice President of Finance for various operating units within Cooper Industries (now a subsidiary of Eaton Corporation), a multinational electrical products manufacturer, from 2004-2017. This included a role as Chief Financial Officer for Cooper Lighting, Cooper's largest business unit with revenues of over $1 billion, during which time the unit acquired and integrated nearly a dozen companies.
Harding began her career in 1991 at Emerson Electric, starting as a Corporate Internal Auditor and working her way up to Vice President of Finance and Administration by 2003.
In addition to the Huber Board of Directors, Harding sits on the Board of Janus International and currently serves on their Audit Committee.

Jeffrey Prosinski brings 20 years of experience at Huber to his role as Chair of the Huber Engineered Woods (HEW) Management Board.
Prosinski retired as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of the J.M. Huber Corporation in 2023, having served in that role since 2006. He joined Huber in 2003 as Vice President of Finance in charge of the Tax and Internal Audit Departments and was named Corporate Controller of Huber in 2004.
In addition to his current role, Prosinski was a member of the CP Kelco Board from 2016-2023, the Huber Engineered Materials Board from 2012-2016. He previously served on the HEW Board from 2005-2009 and again from 2011-2012 before becoming Board Chair.
Prosinski also serves on the Board of Michelman, a global developer of water-based coatings and surface modifiers.
Prior to joining Huber, Prosinski worked at PolyOne Corporation, where he was the Finance Director for the North American Plastics organization. He helped integrate and consolidate the finance organizations of Geon and M.A. Hanna Company, which led to the creation of PolyOne. During Prosinski's career at M.A. Hanna, he led several finance teams and the business development team, as well as numerous mergers and acquisition initiatives. He was a Senior Manager, International Tax and Transaction Support, at Price Waterhouse (now PWC).
Prosinski is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Miami University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
Jeff Vincent brings extensive experience with family-owned enterprises to his role on the Huber Board of Directors, which he joined in December 2015. From 2001-2022, he served as the first non-family CEO & President of Laird Norton Company (LNC), a 169-year-old, seventh generation family business based in Seattle, Washington.
Prior to LNC, Vincent held positions of increasing responsibility at Duchossois Industries, another family-owned business, over a span of 11 years, including Corporate Vice President of Business Development, Chief Financial Officer of the Chamberlain Group and President of Automated Solutions.
Vincent has served on a variety of internal and external Boards of Directors. He currently serves on the boards of Kinship LLC, a family trust company, Heritage Group Holdings and Elswood Investment Corporation, other multi-generational family enterprises.
He also serves as the Chair of the Washington Student Achievement Council, a Washington state agency focused on Washington residents earning some type of post-secondary credential.
Vincent holds a BS and BA from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and an MBA from Harvard University.

Jennifer Aspen Mason has served as Executive Vice President & Chief Sustainability Officer of J.M. Huber Corporation since June 2023. In her role, she is responsible for leading Huber's sustainability journey related to the Company's products, services and processes to generate long-term social, environmental and financial benefits for Huber's stakeholders. She engages with external stakeholders-customers, suppliers and the global innovation community-to continue to inform Huber's journey and ensure that future acquisitions, partnerships and mergers align with our sustainability priorities and goals. Mason joined Huber in 2017 as CP Kelco's Senior Vice President of Global Innovation.
Before joining Huber, Mason spent six years with Mars, Inc. in several roles, including Technology and Science Strategy Officer, and Vice President of Research and Development for the Mars Petcare business. Prior to her time at Mars, she held leadership positions in a number of Unilever's food businesses at the global, regional and local level.
Mason serves on the Advisory Board for James Finlay Ltd. and the US National Board of the Commanderie de Bordeaux. She has previously served on the Executive Board of the Global Prebiotics Association, the Advisory Board for Batory Foods and the President's Advisory Council for her alma mater, Lawrence University.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Lawrence University and a PhD in Psychology and Behavioral Pharmacology from the University of Chicago, as well as a certification in safety from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.

Kathleen Shelton brings 30 years of experience in innovation to the management board of Huber Engineered Materials.
Kathleen was Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of FMC, a global agricultural sciences company, bringing innovative crop protection solutions to growers around the world, until April 2023.
In her tenure as Chief Technology Officer, FMC was awarded Best R&D Pipeline in 2018 and 2020 and Best Biological Product in 2020 at the Crop Science Forum and Awards. Kathleen delivered a diverse portfolio of molecules for crop protection that includes the best-selling insecticide in the world, as well as the first new mode of action herbicide discovered in over 35 years, along with a portfolio of biologically diverse products. She also drove Research and Development initiatives for improved return on investment focusing on metrics, culture and optimal organization of the organization.
Prior to her transition to FMC, Kathleen led the DuPont Crop Protection Research and Development Organization, commercializing three global pesticide products.
Kathleen held leadership roles that spanned regulatory affairs, product stewardship, new product introductions, as well as toxicology and sustainability, working across businesses and functions in DuPont. She led DuPont's European Regulatory Affairs organization, while working in an international assignment in Geneva, Switzerland, from 2007-2011.
Currently, Kathleen is an Advisor to Radicle Growth Ventures, bringing her experience and perspective to both potential investments as well as mentoring leaders of the Radicle Growth portfolio.
She serves on the Delaware State University Foundation Board as well as the Board of the Science History Institute, to continue to inspire and encourage students to choose and thrive in STEM careers.
Kirk Blanchette joined the Management Board of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) in November 2024, bringing more than 25 years of experience in finance and corporate strategy. He is currently Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Strategy for Huber Engineered Woods (HEW). In addition to currently leading the Marketing, Strategy, Finance & Accounting, Purchasing and Risk functions for HEW, he previously had responsibility for the Logistics, Sales & Operations Planning, Inside Sales, Information Technology and Industrial/OEM functions as well.
Prior to joining HEW in 2012, Blanchette held numerous roles in the venture capital and private equity industries, most recently as a Partner at Seguin Partners, a middle-market-focused fund. Prior to his principle investing roles he was an investment banker with Bank of America focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate finance for industrial clients. He also served on the Board of CP Kelco for 1 year while it was under Huber's ownership.
Blanchette holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Investments from Babson College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Kurt Liebich joined the Management Board of Huber Engineered Woods (HEW) as an outside Director in November 2016. With more than 30 years of experience in the wood products industry, Liebich brings valuable insights to HEW.
He currently serves as an Operating Partner for Atlas Holdings, Chairman & CEO of New Wood Resources and sits on the Advisory Board for Western States, HD Fowler Company and Hayden Beverage.
Prior to his current leadership role, Liebich served on the executive management team for the Weyerhaeuser Corporation-one of the world's largest integrated forest products companies.
Liebich joined Trus Joist Corporation in 1994, where he held a range of leadership positions, rising to President in 2005. During his years at Trus Joist, Liebich also served as General Manager for Industrial Operations, Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President of Custom Operations.
He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Idaho State Board of Education, having previously served as President of the Idaho State Board of Education.
Liebich holds a BA in Economics from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, and an MBA in General Management from Harvard University.

Laura Lee Gentry has served as J.M. Huber Corporation's Executive Vice President (EVP) & Chief People Officer (CPO) since February 2024 and is a member of the Huber Management Council. In her role, she is responsible for leading Huber's talent strategy and advancing the Company's workforce planning, talent and development, succession planning, benefits and Culture and Inclusion Strategies and Programs.
Gentry is a global expert on driving business performance and competitive advantage through strategic talent management. Her unique approach draws upon her experience as a leading consultant, operational leader and strategist.
Prior to joining Huber, Gentry built out the People and Culture team at Enboarder and led the development of a Total Rewards strategy and function, the consolidation of disparate payroll systems into one global platform, and the deployment of a variety of leadership and employee development as well as recognition programs.
Before this, she led a cultural transformation at Applied Systems through designing and delivering "Values in Action," Leadership Development, and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging programs. Before joining Applied Systems, she delivered the design, launch and follow through for the first-ever Talent Management function for Ultimate Software and for CSM's North American & Global companies. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant with Egon Zehnder International.
Gentry's tactical drive and project planning skills are complemented by strategic thinking and an ability to connect with people at all levels. Her passion for people and community extends into the civic realm as well. She has served on a variety of Atlanta-based charities and not-for-profit boards.

Lea Volpe has served as Vice President (VP) of Communications & Community Relations since March 2023 and is a member of the Huber Management Council. In her role, she is responsible for leading how communications are leveraged to engage employees across the enterprise in the Company's vision, culture and strategic objectives, attract future talent and promote the Huber brand externally. She also leads the ongoing management of the Company's global philanthropy and community engagement program known as Huber Helps. She joined J.M. Huber Corporation in 2017 as Director of Corporate Communications.
Volpe is an internationally recognized business leader with extensive experience driving growth in organizations through strategic leadership of marketing, PR and corporate communications, as well as philanthropy and community engagement programs. She brings vision and immense passion for people to whatever endeavor she is involved in.
Before joining Huber, Volpe led Corporate Communications and philanthropy efforts for several US-based healthcare companies. Prior to that, she was the global head of Marketing and Communications for Golder Associates (now WSP), a global engineering and engineering consulting company. She also led efforts at Golder Associates that resulted in over $1 million of funding being invested in micro-enterprises across 11 countries in Africa through the company's charity, the Golder Trust for Orphans.
She is a former board member and lifetime honorary member of the International Alliance for Women (TIAW), helping promote women's economic empowerment around the globe.
Volpe holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, and speaks English, French, Italian and Japanese.

Luis Fernandez-Moreno brings over 30 years of experience in the performance materials, specialty ingredients and coatings industries to the Management Board of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM), which he joined in May 2019. Taking on leadership roles in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, France and the United Kingdom, he has worked to position complex global businesses for sustainable success and has experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures.
He currently serves as the Interim CEO at Ingevity. Prior, he was President of the Ashland, Inc. Chemicals Group until February 2017. He previously served as the President of Ashland's Water Technologies business. Before joining Ashland, He was Executive Vice President at Arch Chemicals, responsible for the HTH Water Products and the Wood Protection businesses. Following the acquisition of Rohm and Haas, where he served in positions of increasing responsibility for 25 years, Fernandez-Moreno was named Group Vice President for the newly formed Dow Coatings Materials business.
In addition to serving on the HEM board, Fernandez-Moreno is a Director on the Boards of Ingevity, Select Water Solutions and HASA, Inc. He previously served on the Board of Ascensus Specialties and OQ Chemicals. He is also a member of the Director's council at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology.
Fernandez-Moreno holds a BA in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico and is a graduate of the Wharton Management Program in Business Administration at the University of Pennsylvania.
Marcello Boldrini brings expertise in the specialty chemicals and polymers industries to the Management Board of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM), which he joined in August 2019. Boldrini is currently CEO and a Director of Kraton Corporation, a global specialty chemical company, headquartered in Houston, Texas.
Prior to Kraton, Boldrini was at Houghton International Inc., a global leader in metalworking fluids and services, where he served as Senior Vice President of the company and President of the Asia Pacific Region and Global Metals.
Before joining Houghton, Boldrini was at Momentive/Hexion, a $7 billion global specialty chemical company, where he held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. He previously served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Hexion's global Phenolic Resins business.
Boldrini came to Momentive/Hexion after holding several leadership roles at Ashland Inc., including Vice President of M&A and Business Development, Vice President and General Manager for the global Specialty Polymers and Adhesive Division and Vice President of Global Product Management, Marketing and Business development for the Performance Materials Group. He was previously Managing Director of Europe, based in Milan, Italy, and Managing Director of Asia, based in Singapore, for the Electronic Chemical Division.
Early in his career, he held commercial and business leadership roles in Europe at Quaker Chemical and Unilever/Unichema.
He is a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of the Conference Board. Boldrini was also a Director and Chairman of several international joint venture boards when at Ashland, Momentive/Hexion and Houghton, in Taiwan, Korea, China, Japan and Germany.
Boldrini holds a Master of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Milano and an MBA from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
Mark Cox brings over 35 years of experience in the specialty chemicals space to the Management Board of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM), which he joined in May 2022.
Cox has extensive experience in global business leadership, with expertise in managing large businesses, driving innovation and overseeing operations. He served as Senior Vice President, Chief Manufacturing and Engineering Officer for Eastman, a $10 billion global specialty materials company, until May 2022. In this role, he held responsibility for Eastman's global manufacturing and engineering and construction operations.
He was previously Vice President, Worldwide Engineering & Construction, and prior to this was Vice President, Chemicals, Fibers & Performance Polymers Technology. During his career at Eastman, Cox served in a variety of management positions, including various leadership roles within commercial, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and technology areas.
Cox currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lutron Electronics and the Board of Advisors of Management Solutions, a project strategy, delivery and implementation firm. He also serves on the Milligan University Board of Trustees and the University of Tennessee Tickle College of Engineering Board of Advisors. He holds both US and international patents associated with process technology developed by Eastman. He is also a National Academy of Construction Inductee and a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.
Cox holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Tennessee, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and is pursuing a Doctoral degree in Business Administration at Pepperdine University.

Matt O'Brien is currently SVP & General Manager for Huber Specialty Minerals (HSM), which is a strategic business unit of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM), where Matt also serves on the executive team. Since 2015, he and his team have transformed Huber's industrial Calcium Carbonate business into a multi-mineral platform, adding nutritional Calcium Carbonate, Sodium Bi-Carbonate (baking soda) and, most recently, Attapulgite and Air Float Kaolin segments to the portfolio. They've accelerated the growth of the core business, successfully integrated five acquisitions, turned around an underperforming segment, and ultimately tripled the revenue and quintupled HSM's earnings. In 2022, the revitalization of the Nutrition business was recognized with Huber's highest corporate honor, the Mike Huber Gold award.
Prior to joining HEM, Matt spent 10 years in Huber Engineered Woods (HEW). AS CFO and VP, Strategy, he helped steer the organization through the largest housing downturn in US history and on-board Huber's first-ever Operating Board. As Chief Commercial Officer, he led Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain, where he and his team helped accelerate the growth of ZIP System®, expanded HEW's sales team and marketing capabilities, and successfully negotiated multiple long-term contracts with Fortune 500 suppliers. Matt started his career at J.M. Huber Corporation (Huber) in 2002 as VP of Corporate Strategy.
Matt previously served on the Board of Directors for Magnifin, a joint venture between Huber and RHI Magnesita, ultimately helping Huber acquire the company as part of the HEM portfolio.
Before joining Huber, Matt worked at Bain & Company in Boston and London. He began his career serving as a Combat Engineer Officer in rapid deployment forces in the US Army, and is a graduate of Airborne, Ranger, Air Assault and Sapper Leader courses.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Materials Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA, with distinction, from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Molly Heaney has served as a director on the Corporate Board of J.M. Huber since 2016. She chaired the Board's Safety and Sustainability Committee from 2017 - 2024. Heaney previously served as a non-voting family Director on the CP Kelco Management Board. She has also been a non-voting family Director on the Corporate Board and the Management Board of Huber Engineered Woods.
Active in Huber Family Governance for the past 15 years, Heaney currently is the Huber Family Operations Director. In this role she collaborates with the Huber Family Board in the design and execution of the key governance objectives that support the education and engagement of the Huber Family.
Previously, Heaney worked as the Family Communications Advisor to the Huber Family Office (HFO) from 2011 until 2019. Before working with the HFO, Heaney was at MBT Footwear for seven years, where she was promoted to Director of Marketing.
Heaney has extensive experience as a speaker and panelist in family business forums and has presented at family business programs at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Business and Columbia Business School.
Molly holds a BA in Psychology from Colby College in Maine.
A fifth-generation member of the Huber family, Olivia Seely joined the Management Board of Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) in August 2024. Previously, she served as a non-voting Director on the HEM Board for three years.
An active member of family governance since 2017, Seely served as the co-chair of the Huber Family Board from 2020 - 2024.
Professionally, Seely has over 15 years of experience in public relations and brand strategy work. In her current role as a consultant, Seely acts as an in-house strategic advisor, providing counsel to C-suite clients on a range of topics, including brand and narrative development, executive positioning, media training, crisis management, partnerships, and more.
Previously, Seely worked in an agency setting, managing key accounts, first at global communications firm Edelman, and then at Derris, a brand consultancy based in New York.
Seely holds a BA in English from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.

Pamela Butcher joined the J.M. Huber Board of Directors in December 2022, bringing over 40 years of leadership experience in the global chemicals industry.
She most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pilot Chemical Corp., a family-owned global specialty chemical company. During her decade as CEO, the company saw its revenue and profits both grow significantly. International business doubled and the company successfully completed five acquisitions, including one international.
Before joining Pilot, she worked 29 years for The Dow Chemical Company (now Dow Inc.) where she held a variety of executive leadership positions and was a distinguished recipient of Dow's Genesis Award, Dow's highest recognition for people leadership. Among her executive roles were Corporate Vice President of Marketing & Sales, Vice President & General Manager of Dow's multi-billion-dollar growth initiative for the Adhesives and Sealants business, and Business Vice President of Specialty Chemicals, a $3 billion portfolio of nine businesses.
In addition to the Huber Board, Butcher is a director on the Board of Pilot Chemical Corp. where she also serves as a special advisor to the Chair of the board. She is also President of the Rogers Family Foundation. She previously served on the Boards of publicly traded Arch Resources, Inc. (now CORE Natural Resources, Inc.), PDC Energy Inc., Trecora Resources, and private equity held Quality Distribution, Inc., helping lead all four organizations through their successful merger or acquisition by other enterprises. She also served on the US Bank Regional Advisory Board, the board of trustees for the Chemical Educational Foundation, and on the Boards of the American Cleaning Institute, the Ohio Manufacturers' Association, and numerous community organizations.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Agronomy and a Master of Science Degree from Purdue University. Butcher is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg Marketing Executive program and the Governing Family Enterprises program. She participated in the Prince of Wales Sustainability Conference and the Asian Master Class on Asian Business. She has also completed the Director Professionalism® Class, offered by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
