I work with painting, sculpture and often with hybrids of the two. My field of interest encompasses both pure aesthetic and craft based concerns as well as more philosophical themes such as subjects pertaining to perception, otherness, solitude, connection and agency. My work is often in dialogue with particular art historical works, figures, archetypes or style ideals. I have a background in the wider visual culture field, and I still sporadically take on design or creative direction projects.
