Sinéad MhicRuairí is the leading Certified Cranio-sacral Practitioner, Rehabilitation Trainer and owner of 'Lifetime Health' based in Dungarvan, Waterford. Her single focus is inspiring and helping people to live happier, healthier lives... Sinéad has been in practice since 1996 and set up Lifetime Health in 2000. She completed her first Professional Cert. in Exercise and Fitness with Leeds Metropolitan University and continues her own personal development today with ongoing study. Sinéad has excelled in Craniosacral Therapy and Physical Rehabilitation to an incredibly high standard and is a recognised Certified Practitioner with the Upledger Institute, Paediatric CST Practitioner, Advanced Instructor and Member of the Registrar for Exercise Professionals, Professional Member of Backcare and Member of the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners.
