MIND TO CHANGE

I have been a practising counsellor since 1989, and have built a wealth of professional experience both in my own practice and in a youth counselling service set in a multi-ethnic community. In 1998 I gained a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling at Roehampton Institute. Feeling I needed more "tools in my toolbox", in 1999 I completed a Diploma in Brief Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy with Uncommon Knowledge, a hypnotherapy training organisation based in Brighton. I have diplomas in both Performance and Life Coaching from Newcastle College of Further Education... Mind to Change Jose Penrose Counselling, brief therapy, hypnotherapy and coaching in person, by Skype, phone or email. Based in Woking, Surrey
