My fitness business began in Denbigh N Wales. Since moving to Shropshire in 2022, it has evolved. I am now one of the few female Shrewsbury Personal Trainers and loving helping mature women in Shropshire to lose weight, tone up and feel fabulous... Since I started in 1993, I am proud to say that my personal fitness business has evolved into what it is today - an incredibly supportive and unique place, working on both physical and emotional levels to help women who really feel like they've "lost it" to get IT back again!!
