Our school mission statement is "To live as Jesus taught us" which we use throughout our school day to guide and support us. We all believe that instilling a love of learning and developing different learning skills is vital in preparing children for their future lives. We want our children to leave Our Lady of Compassion as confident and highly motivated independent learners who are caring and positive citizens... At Our Lady of Compassion the children are at the centre of all that we do and we strive to provide an inclusive, vibrant and exciting curriculum with a wide range of learning experiences to engage and enthuse everyone. All of which is underpinned by rigorous teaching of reading, writing and mathematics skills to ensure children are ready for each stage of their learning journey.
