Osteopathic treatment consists of soft tissue massage, mobilisation of the spine and peripheral joints and where appropriate specific gentle manipulation. The treatment will vary from person to person and from one treatment to the next. As an osteopath I use my skills in feeling strain in the tissues to normalise the function and thereby help to relieve the pain...
