The NHS North West Leadership Academy continues as a proud member led NHS organisation from when it was first created in 2007. In addition to our membership model we have also operated as the NW regional team for the NHS Leadership Academy and are now the regional Leadership team for NHSE NW, connecting our stakeholders and members to nationally and regionally driven leadership development and opportunities... We work to provide a wide range of impactful leadership development interventions, support, and opportunities to develop leaders and increase capability at all levels. In addition we can also support organisations across the health and care sectors in the NW with expert advice and support with the design and commissioning of bespoke leadership..
