has a wealth of catering experience, having worked in restaurants and hotels in Australia, New Zealand and Britain. In 2007 Andy established Papaya to provide an exciting and fresh approach to catering, creating individual, innovative and exciting menus for customers in Newcastle, Northumberland and the North East of England. Andy teaches cookery classes for people of all ages and abilities, covering topics such as Street food, International and Vegetarian Cookery. He also works in schools throughout Northumberland, helping children to develop their skills, confidence and understanding of food and cookery.
