Carol has been with ROCG for 11 years and is an expert in all things Xero. Prior to having children she worked as a Personal Assistant/Office Manager for a photographic company for 12 years. Interests In her free time, Carol enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, waterskiing on the Murray river, walking the family dog, shopping and enjoying life outdoors on the Mornington Peninsula.

Cleo Huang

As a principal advisor, with extensive knowledge in the Metro Vancouver marketplace, Cleo helps growing and mature private businesses deal with strategic planning and business growth management. Cleo also specializes in locating the right business opportunities for investors - particularly Asian investors - guiding them through the entire acquisition process and working with them to manage their growing businesses post acquisition.

David Henderson - CEO

Dom enjoys servicing a diverse range of private and public companies across a multitude of industries Dom is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants. He started his career in public practice, working on small finance company audits and auditing Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, whilst studying part-time. He then moved into the Business Services Division of Ernst & Young, and then to Deloitte. Dom left public practice briefly to take up a private franchise opportunity consulting to private clients in the hospitality industry. Returning to public practice, Dom has enjoyed servicing a diverse range of private and public companies across a multitude of industries including mining, importing, retail and hospitality. Dom became a licenced financial adviser in 2010, and on 1 July, 2015, separated from his former business partnership to establish Strategic Accounting & Business Management. Joanne Barbour

Her career in Tax and Business Services began in 1993 as a Graduate with a medium Chartered Accounting firm in Claremont Australia. Following 3 years of tax experience and the completion of the Chartered Accountant qualifications, she travelled to London working contract positions in the banking industry (UBS), newspaper industry (Northcliffe Newspaper Group) and publishing industry (Dorling Kindersley). Joanne gained a wealth of business and commercial experience while working and travelling for 3 years oversees.
