Based in Galashiels in the heart of the Scottish Borders I have, over the years, built up my portfolio of wedding cakes, novelty and occasion cakes and enjoyed every minute of it. Every cake I have done has been admired by friends and family who encouraged me to make the transition from a hobby to a career and realise my ambition to own and run my own designer cake business.
