We have been operating for some 20 years, over which time we have provided assistance to more than a 25 charities. The equivalent commercial value of our consulting services would be over £8,000,000... Started in 1999 by three friends, all with a management consultancy background and united by a wish to leverage their business skills and experience to help charities develop and grow. Skylark built up a small portfolio of small and medium sized charity clients mainly in the youth sector, providing a range of services from strategy development, business planning, governance and leadership through to project management, change management, management information, event management and information systems selection and implementation... In 2011, we made a change to our strategy and focussed our work on helping charities develop their strategy and helping them collaborate and merge with other charities.
