SHEPHERD PRIMARY SCHOOL

We have created a highly inclusive school that has high expectations of all children. Our school motto is ‘Achieving Together' and this starts right down in Nursery and Reception when children first join our school and continues through until children leave us to transfer to secondary school. During their journey at Shepherd Primary School, children learn to demonstrate our six values: Respect, Responsibility, Resourcefulness, Resilience, Reflection and Reasoning. Children play a key part in the direction of our school and are given opportunities to help to shape our school, by taking a role as Head Boy or Head Girl, an Eco-Watcher, a STEM Ambassador or a House Captain, or by serving on a key committee such as our School Council or the Wildlife and Gardening Committee... We strive for children to develop a love of learning whilst at our school, which will carry them through their primary education and beyond.
