SUCCESS AFTER STROKE

Success After Stroke is a motivated and caring group. Our dedicated team of therapists and volunteers provide post stroke care and support to its members and their families... Our team of professionally qualified therapists provide individual and group therapy sessions to support you in your recovery. Running alongside our therapists is a group of dedicated and experienced volunteers who assist the professional team, as well as facilitating the social side of Success After Stroke... Success after Stroke, began in the year 2000. It became a registered Charity in 2006 and moved to larger premises at The Stevenson Centre, Great Cornard, Suffolk. We are affiliated to The Stroke Association and have been recognised by them on two occasions for the work we do in the community. In 2014 we were given an award by Babergh District Council for our continued support of stroke survivors.
