BAND

Formed in 1958 and situated in the historic coastal town of Carrickfergus, the Third Carrickfergus Band is a busy Championship Section band which not only is in great demand throughout the year giving concerts at many venues in Northern Ireland and beyond but also competes in various annual contests... The future success of the Third Carrickfergus Band relies heavily on the Youth band, the training ground for the musicians of tomorrow. Thankfully, we have a supply of talent coming through the ranks in order to ensure that the youth members talents are encouraged and hopefully inspire them to aim towards integrating into the senior band.
