Dan joins us from sunny Poulton-Le-Fylde where he gained most of his hospitality career having worked in numerous venues throughout the town. Dan was born for hospitality so we feel extremely lucky to have him here at the Clog. When he's not working you'll either find him in a cosy cocktail bar in the city working his way through the list or out in the countryside with his two beautiful golden retrievers Honey and Summer... Big difference in those two, right? When asked what was the top of his bucket list, Dan said it would be to go on an African safari... She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things hospitality as she has been doing the job since she was just 18-years-old. Jen is our newest member of the management..
