WELLS PARK PRACTICE

Wells Park Practice is a well-established GP Surgery that has operated in this locality since 1984. We provide services under a Personal Medical Services (PMS) Contract. There are currently about 12500 patients. Services are provided by three GP Partners(2 male and 1 female) and one non clinical Managing Partner, supported by a team of Salaried GPs, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants and administrative team... We are interested in hearing your views about the surgery, how well we are doing and how we may be able to improve the services we offer you - we can only do this with your help.
