Founded in 1995 we are committed to offering a service that makes therapy available to as wide a range of people as possible in the local community and beyond... Spiral makes an ethical commitment to setting all fees on a reasonable scale. We offer an extensive low cost counselling and psychotherapy service for people on limited income. Unusually for a low cost project it is often possible to see a therapist for a year or more. Our team of therapists also includes experienced counsellors, psychotherapists and complementary therapists providing therapy at reasonable fees with some concessionary spaces. We also offer workshops and groups at Spiral... Spiral is a holistic therapy centre in Islington, North London, offering counselling, psychotherapy, complementary therapy, workshops and trainings.
