Ann comes from a nursing background, initially gaining orthopaedic and general nursing registration before gaining her District Nursing Certificate. She worked in the Wakefield area as a district nursing sister for 12 years before moving into the sales environment in 1987.
Ann says, "Over the years I've worked with many companies , and gained a wealth of experience in Urology, building close relationships with customers who I now consider my friends. I joined LINC Medical 10 years ago and it's been so enjoyable seeing the company grow and expand over the years. I enjoy being part of such a happy family owned company, who listen to myself and customers, and act on feedback so to put patient's dignity, comfort and wellbeing first."

Brian joined LINC Medical in February 2016. He previously worked in Diabetes for the market leader in insulin delivery and blood glucose testing devices. He then moved into the urology and continence market and worked for one of the large multinational sheath and ISC companies before moving on to a family run company supplying some market leading continence devices. During his career, Brian has also owned and ran his own surf and snowboard shop.
"I am passionate about my job because it gives me the satisfaction of knowing I have helped people who are unwell without me having the hands-on nursing experience. LINC is a great company to work for because we are still family owned and you are a part of the everyday running and decision making of the business. Chris has a background in Microbiology which led him to Italy to work in the microbiology diagnostic field. He then moved into the therapeutic apheresis sector and worked for a number of multinational companies eventually becoming a national director of a business segment. He returned to the UK in 1995 to continue his career in the medical devices sector. Chris joined LINC in 2015 and covers the south for a number of key products.
Chris says, "I am passionate about making a difference and to achieve success by introducing products into the market that ultimately enhance the patients' quality of life. LINC has an excellent reputation in the market. I enjoy working with colleagues who have a similar work ethic as myself and I appreciate the flexibility the company gives you to adapt quickly to a changing business environment."

Demetrio joined LINC Medical in April 2018 and brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge from the urology industry. He originally trained as a nurse and then moved into the Urology industry over 20 years ago. Demetrio has a proven track record of success in launching products and leading sales teams. He is the go-to man for both our sales team and our wholesalers.
Sally was a GP in a large Leicestershire practice until 2018 when she retired. She now teaches and examines medical students at the University of Leicester. Her main role at LINC is advisory. She provides valuable input in the urology sector of the business.

Jay joined us in February 2018. She has extensive accounting experience in public, private and charitable organisations.
Her last role was at the National Space Centre in Leicester. Jay is the first point of contact for anything financial within LINC.

Jessica joined LINC in 2011 to manage the growing IT infrastructure. She is one of the second generation of family in the business. When Jess is not working as IT manager, she can be found behind the sound and lighting controls for concerts and events all around the UK.
Kalpesh joined LINC as a Field Technician in 2019. Before joining LINC he was working with the Royal Berkshire Hospital as a Renal technician and then was promoted to Senior Renal Technician. He was part of the Renal team which was responsible for 6 Dialysis units, water plants and other Renal related equipment.
Kalpesh says, "LINC have offered me great a opportunity to enhance my knowledge and working experience in the field of engineering for medical devices. I am enjoying my time at LINC, we have a large range of devices to work with - IBP meters, Tube Sealers, Chairs, Veinplicity, Medbike and of course last but not least the HF440 which provides many different Renal Replacement therapies."

Kent joined LINC Medical in November 2011 as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. He has twelve years experience working as a staff nurse and deputy charge nurse in Leicester.

Rob joined the LINC team in 2016 after working as a warehouse manager for a power tool company.

Stephen Bailey launched LINC Medical Systems to bring innovative Plasma Apheresis therapies and Urology products to the UK National Health Service. Stephen is a nurse by training and has worked in ICU and Coronary Care in Leicester hospitals and LOROS (The Leicestershire Hospice). Before starting LINC Medical systems he worked for 8 years at Gambro (now Baxter) as a Product Specialist, selling Haemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, plasma apheresis and CRRT products. His clinical background helps him to understand the needs of our customers.
