Chris White has always been a keen sports enthusiast and in his school days was captain of a highly successful school rugby team, before he joined and played rugby for Saracens RFC until the mid-1970s. The competitive and leadership qualities are a dominant force at White Rose industrial and commercial property agents. Chris has been involved in the industrial and commercial property sector since the mid-1960s, initially in London where at the age of 26 he became a partner in one of the leading industrial property agents in the country, moving to Birmingham in 1977 to establish their industrial property agency department and looking after the property interests of many major industrialists, developers and investment clients before establishing White Rose Real Estates in 1988. Luke Neal

Luke Neal who joined straight from school in 2006, secured his degree on a day release basis from Birmingham City University and gained his Chartered Surveyor status in 2014 and is now both a Director and shareholder of White Rose. Luke's many and varied interests include football, motor racing and travelling. Luke is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and now has over 15 years of experience in the Industrial and Commercial property market in the West Midlands. Luke advises clients on the disposal and acquisition of Industrial and commercial premises, and is involved in providing strategic asset advice, including the restructuring of leases, dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals. Luke is admired by his clients and peers for his personal and proactive approach to dealing with all property related matters. Principle Activity: Industrial Agency and Asset Management.
