At Young Estates & Land Ltd we own and manage our industrial estates and do not appoint third party management companies to run them. This ensures we are at hand to deal with any issues that may arise with our tenants. We are always keen to support our tenants to ensure the success of their business... With occupancy increasing through recent years, our business has continued to grow and in 2022 we built new, units at our Aldermaston site to include well-known, national traders including Screwfix and Howdens... We understand that not all businesses run 9 to 5, so unrestricted 24-hour access is provided to both of our estates. Each tenant is provided with security gate entry cards to allow safe out of hours access.
