Andrew is based in North Yorkshire, where he served his Apprenticeship with Tim Easterby. His biggest wins to date include the Group 2 Nearctic Stakes in Toronto Canada, and success with Sovereign Debt in a valuable race in Qatar. Appointed to the PJA Board in September 2018.

During his professional career, spanning two decades, Andrew enjoyed success in the King George VI Chase and the Cheltenham Gold Cup, as well as the Scottish and Welsh Nationals. He reached the milestone of riding 1,000 career winners at Wincanton on Boxing Day 2016 and retired from riding in 2018 when he joined the PJA Board. Andrew is always on hand to offer advice and help to young up and coming jockeys.

Bob is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and Manor Hospitals, Oxford. He sits on many National and International Teaching Faculties and was awarded the Gold Medal by the Royal College of Surgeons in 2000. Bob was appointed to the PJA Board in 2008.
Brian plies his trade mainly on Jump racing's northern circuit where he is first choice jockey for Donald McCain as well as taking rides for a wide number of other trainers. The Northern Irishman is a past Champion Conditional jockey and has enjoyed a series of Grade 2 and Grade 3 race victories in the last few years. His first Grade 1 success came in 2018 aboard Waiting Patiently in the Ascot Chase. He finished as runner-up in the Jump Jockeys Championship in both the 2016/17 and 2017/18 seasons.

A former Champion Lady Amateur Rider, Bridget turned conditional in 2015 and is based with trainer Dan Skelton. Career highlights so far include winning the County Hurdle at the 2018 Cheltenham Festival aboard Mohaayed and riding in her first Grade 1. She was appointed to the PJA Board in April 2017.

Charlie Bishop rode his first Group 1 winner at Royal Ascot in 2018 when Accidental Agent won the Queen Anne Stakes. He is based near Newbury, splitting the majority of his time between trainers Mick Channon and Eve Johnson Houghton. He was appointed to the PJA Board in September 2018.

Dale joined the PJA team in January 2010 as Industry Liaison Officer, having retired as a flat Jockey after 23 years during which he represented the PJA as a Safety Officer, Vice President and Council member. Working alongside the PJA's Chief Executive and with other sectors of the racing industry, the role encompasses issues including welfare, career development, fixture lists, planning and Jockey safety.
George rode over 1,300 winners during his successful riding career which included his first Classic on Harbour Law in the 2016 St Leger. George sadly had to retire from the saddle following a serious injury in 2017 but is now a regular guest presenter on Racing TV. He was appointed to the Board in 2014.

Izzy has been part of the PJA Team since 2008 and was appointed Commercial & Membership Manager in 2014. Her role involves managing and promoting the comprehensive package of support and welfare schemes available to Jockeys and mentoring youngsters embarking on their career. She is also responsible for overseeing PJA events and working on commercial and sponsorship opportunities.

In 2016 Josephine was crowned Champion Apprentice, becoming only the third female jockey to hold that title. In December that year she was presented with two Lester Awards, for Apprentice of the Year and Lady Jockey of the Year. She has since turned professional and is now based with Hugo Palmer in Newmarket. She was appointed to the PJA Board in February 2017.

Martin's greatest triumph to date was winning The Derby on board Sir Percy in 2006. That victory was judged to be ‘Flat Ride of the Year' for which he received a "Lester". Martin's other Classic success came from the filly Casual Look in the 2003 Oaks. He too is another fine rider who has enjoyed plenty of Group race successes. Martin was elected to the Board in 2008.
Derby-winning jockey Michael tasted multiple successes around the globe during a glittering career in the saddle that began in the late 1970s. He rode over 2,000 winners, including many Group 1s. He announced his retirement from race-riding in the autumn of 2012, just a few months short of his 50th birthday and is now a Jockey Coach. He joined the PJA Board in 2013.
In a glittering career in the saddle, Mick Fitzgerald, who is part of the ITV Racing broadcasting team, was one of the country's leading Jump jockeys. His triumphs include the Grand National, the
Cheltenham Gold Cup, the Queen Mother Champion Chase and Boxing Day's King George VI Chase. He was famously associated with the stable of 2012/13 champion trainer Nicky Henderson. He

Nigel was appointed Chairman in September 2012. He also currently manages The Sir Peter O'Sullevan Charitable Trust and is Press Officer for the Randox Health Grand National Meeting. His previous roles include Marketing Director of SIS, Marketing Director of Ladbrokes and a Director of the International Racing Bureau.

P.J. took up this appointment following Steve Drowne's retirement from race riding in 2018. He started his career as a Jump Jockey and won the Scottish Grand National in 2007 on Hot Weld for
Ferdy Murphy. His two Group 1 victories on the Flat have come on Laurens, including the Prix Saint-Alary at Longchamp in 2018.
Page turned Professional in 2018 on the back of being crowned Champion Female Amateur. She has also finished top of the Female point-to-point standings on two occasions. Page continues to be based with trainer Jamie Snowden who supported her throughout her Amateur career. She was appointed to the PJA Board in September 2018.

Paul succeeded Kevin Darley as Chief Executive in February 2012 and joined the PJA Board in April 2013. Paul is a trustee of JETS, the PJA Pension Scheme and the Jockeys Association Trust. He is also a Director of the Horsemens Group and is a Horsemens Group-appointed director of Racing Enterprises Ltd. He previously worked in the racing industry for 11 years, most recently as Head of Communications for the British Horseracing Authority, having begun his career working as a betting shop manager and then in business development.

One of the most successful Jump Jockeys of the last 20 years, he rode his 3,500th winner in 2018, becoming only the second National Hunt rider to achieve such a feat. During his time as a
professional jockey he has won almost every major prize, and in the 2018/19 season he was crowned Champion Jump Jockey for the fourth time. In 2018 he also won the Cheltenham Gold Cup
aboard Native River. He joined the Board in 2008 before becoming the Jump President in 2015.
Robin Leach has practised as a barrister since 1981, specialising primarily in criminal work. He prosecutes and defends in large fraud, money laundering and drugs cases and is based in
Bournemouth. Robin has also represented Jockeys and Trainers at Jockey Club and subsequently BHA disciplinary hearings. Appointed to the Board in 2008.

Winner of the Apprentice Jockey championship in 2006, Stevie also won a ‘Lester' for Apprentice Jockey of the year. He has since established himself as one of the leading Flat Jockeys and is currently based in Newmarket. Stevie was elected to the Board in 2015.
Ted is a two time British Classic winning jockey. His first Group 1 victory came in the 2003 Haydock Sprint Cup on Somnus, and in 2009 he rode Sahpresa to victory in the Sun Chariot Stakes at
Newmarket. Some of Ted's biggest wins have come in France and Italy. He was appointed to the PJA Board in December 2017.

Wigan-born Tom originally wanted to be a Jump Jockey. He is now one of the leading Flat riders in the North and landed his first Group 1 success on Tangerine Trees in the Prix de L'Abbaye. One of the most consistently successful members of the weighing room. Tom joined the Board in 2010.
Tom is the son of eight-time champion jockey Peter Scudamore, while his grandfather Michael won the Grand National in 1959. A regular rider for trainer David Pipe and Colin Tizzard, he is riding at the top of his game and enjoyed 150 winners in the 2014/15 Jump racing season. He's a regular winner of Grade 1, 2 and 3 races and has had particular success recently with Thistlecrack, winning the King George VI Chase in 2016.
Vicky joined the PJA in October 2016. She has responsibility for the administration of a number of key membership schemes as well as supporting the team generally, particularly with project work. She also undertakes the day to day administration of the PJA Pension Scheme.
