The EBU is made up of 39 constituent County Associations each with nominees holding shares. At its AGM in November, the shareholders elect a Board of eight directors and then, among their number, a Chairman and Vice-Chairman. They may then appoint a further two directors... We work alongside English Bridge Education & Development (EBED), an independent charity registered with the Charity Commission and partly funded by the EBU, to develop and promote duplicate bridge in England.
