Prof. Ehi. E. Aimiuwu is a Professor in the Master of Science in Information Technology Management (MSITM) program in the Business Administration department at Campbellsville University, Campbellsville, KY. USA. Prof. Aimiuwu is a member of the Project Management Institute, a research reviewer for many information systems journals and conferences, an author of many books, and has done public speaking to live audiences, as well as on television and radio. He has taught at Campbellsville University for over 4 years but has over 16 years of experience in teaching information systems courses at universities and colleges. Aimiuwu has taught many university courses that include Current & Emerging Technologies, Management Information Systems, Information Systems Security, Team Management, Negotiation & Conflict Management, Information Systems Infrastructure, Project Management, and Disaster & Recovery Planning. His area of interest includes Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Blockchain, Big Data, Business Intelligence, and Web Analytics. Dr. Elisha Lawrence came to Campbellsville University in August of 2016. Prior to serving at the university, she taught full-time for thirteen years throughout various school districts across Kentucky as she and her husband served in various church ministries along the way. She gained experience teaching individuals in both private and public schools and has taught ages birth to adult. Dr. Lawrence's passions in teaching are Language Arts, ESL, and School Counseling. She teaches in both the graduate and undergraduate education programs available through CU's School of Education and loves the opportunity she has to invest in future teachers.
Dr. Lawrence's research emphasis has been in preparing teachers for the future teaching of ESL students and in the teaching of Language Arts, as well as school counseling. She has reviewed and edited publications for IGI Global, has recently authored a chapter in a Christian devotional text, and most recently presented to participants at Kappa Delta Pi's November 2021 Virtual Convocation on the topic of increasing student engagement. In the summer of 2021, she presented to Nelson County's Option 7 program candidates key topics and resources related to the teaching of Language Arts. Dr. Lawrence continues to research, staying current in the fields in which she teaches as she prepares for future presentations and publications.
Dr. Ellen Hamilton-Ford came to Campbellsville University in the fall of 2011 from Archdioceses of Louisville School System,where she served as an educator for twenty-one years. She is the former Assistant Principal for St. James Elementary School in Elizabethtown - recognized as a U.S. Blue Ribbon School(2012). Before that, she was a teacher in primary level self-contained classrooms and several multi-grade classrooms. Additionally, she taught drama, music, art, and theology.
Dr. Hamilton-Ford's research area is young children's connection with nature and teaching young children positive social-emotional skills. She consults with local schools and presents on the topics at education conferences. Additionally, she has co-authored, reviewed, or edited publications with educational publisher IGI Global in the domains of children's connection with nature and young children's use of technology.Her most recent work was a collaborative effort with Dr. Jeffery Herron in 2020 (Connecting STEM Rich Learning Environments with Environmental Education).

Dr. Joetta Harlow Kelly serves as Assistant Professor in the School of Education, mainly teaching in the School Counseling Online Graduate Program. She taught for several years as an adjunct before beginning full time in January of 2021. Joetta also serves as a licensed counselor with "There's Hope Counseling" at Hardin Baptist Church.
Dr. Kelly was in ministry for many years serving as Minister of Preschool, Children, Youth, Activities and Senior Adults at First Baptist Church in Murray, Ky. She also taught Art, PE and served as a Guidance Counselor, as well as managing Murray State University's Wellness Center while teaching there in the areas of Wellness, Recreation, Education and Study Abroad. Joetta has taught swimming lessons for many years and also teaches classes in First Aid/CPR/AED.
Earning her undergraduate degrees in Art Education and Church Recreation from Campbellsville, Joetta earned an MA from Murray State in Recreation while teaching as a Graduate Assistant, and Master's and Specialist degrees from Murray in Guidance and Counseling. Her doctoral degree is from Western Kentucky University in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Teaching. Her dissertation, published in Academia, was entitled Finding Hope in Chaos: The Development of a Tool to Identify Key Factors that College Students Use to Effectively Deal with Adversity.
Illustrating Children's books has been another aspect of Joetta's life and she has written and or illustrated 12, including "Where's the Door and other Kid's Questions", "Families are Special", and "Are they Finally Asleep?". She has won and placed in numerous art contests and also won several leadership awards in the General Federation of Woman's Clubs. She currently serves as President of her local club.
Joetta serves on the SOE CAEP 3 and Diversity Committees, and is the SOE representative on the CU Library Committee. She also mentors several students as one of the University faculty representatives for Option 6 School Counselors.

Dr. Ryan Gipson is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics, instructing students at every level. He graduated from Murray State University where he earned his B.S. in Mathematics and then completed his M.A. and Ph. D. at the University of Louisville in 2018, under the advisement of Professor Hamid Kulosman, and awarded the Graduate Dean's Citation. Upon graduating from Louisville, Dr. Gipson moved to San Antonio, TX where he completed a postdoc at Trinity University. In 2019, he joined the Campbellsville University faculty and returned home to Kentucky, where he now resides locally with his family. His research interests include: commutative algebra, factorization theory, semigroups, and semigroup rings.

Mr. Don Cheatham is an Assistant Professor for both the School of Education and the School of Business since 2008. He is a 1970 alumni of Campbellsville College with majors in Mathematics and Chemistry. He attended the University of Kentucky on a Graduate Teaching Assistantship while working on a Masters in Science Education and Mathematics. Mr. Cheatham obtained his Kentucky Rank 1 Administrators degree in all areas through Superintendent from Western Kentucky University.
Mr. Cheatham began a 34 year teaching career with the Marion County, Kentucky Public School System in 1972. His teaching career in science, math and computer science blessed him with thousands of students, administrators and students who remain an integral part of his life today. Mr. Cheatham served as Technology Coordinator the last 20 years of his career at MCHS. Mr. Cheatham was awarded the first "Silver Shield" Award from Marion County High School. He also received the coveted Campbellsville University School of Education "Excellence in Teaching Award" while at Marion County High School. Mr. Cheatham received an NSF Grant called ICAM (Integrating Computers and Mathematics) along with 65 other public school teachers from across the nation which allowed him and his family to attend UCSB in Goleta, California for two summers and winter break sessions to receive certification in teaching Computer Science.
Mr. Cheatham became an adjunct professor for CU in 1990, teaching night classes in CIS on campus and at Marion County High School for mostly non-traditional students. He continues to teach the CIS classes along with Instructional Technology for the School of Education.
Mr. Cheatham serves on the CU Professional Development Committee, SOE CAEP Standard 3 Committee, and the SOE Website Committee. He also enjoys serving as co-sponsor of the SOE Education Club, Educators Rising and the SOE Kappa Delta Pi Honorary Society. Mr. Cheatham serves as advisor for all SOE P-12 majors. He is also an active member of KYSTE (Kentucky Society of Technology Educators).
Mr. Cheatham hails from a large farming family in the northeast section of Taylor County where he still owns and operates his family farm. His parents valued education and sent all 9 children to college, 7 of them attended Campbellsville College along with a host of Mr. Cheatham's extended family.
Mr. Cheatham and his wife Rhonda will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary in June of 2022. They are blessed with 2 children, Jon an architect in Lexington, Ky and Jenny an attorney for KY PSC. Their biggest blessing has been 2 grandsons, Tarquin(2013) and Ridge(2019) who make life exciting to say the least. Mr. Cheatham's wife, Rhonda is a CU alumnus(1990) with her Bachelors and Masters degree in Education and is a retired KG and 1st grade teacher of 27 years with the Taylor County Public School System.
Campbellsville University has truly been a blessing for the entire Cheatham family. Mr. Cheatham looks forward to many more years of helping CU students find their calling.
