IoRW has become the definitive independent organisation concerned with production, maintenance and repair welding of rail. IoRW is a corporate membership organisation. It is administered by the Professional Division of The Welding Institute on behalf of a Management Committee representing the members; a range of organisations with a business interest in rail welding... IoRW is an independent body serving a wide range of individuals and organisations that have a keen interest in rail welding. It is a focal point for good rail welding practice, development and competence and aims to raise awareness of rail welding.
