MALVERN HOUSE

Malvern House is an attractive Victorian building that was converted into a care home more than thirty years ago. A discreet, modern extension has been added at the rear of the property to provide additional accommodation. All parts of the property used by the Residents are easily accessible and all floors are served by an automatic passenger lift or stair lift... Malvern House is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), to provide nursing and residential care for up to 22 Residents. Respite, short-term and day care clients are also welcome. We are able to offer care for Residents living with dementia where, after assessment, the Home is considered appropriate... Malvern House is situated in a tranquil area of Saltash and all amenities including shops, churches, bus stops, railway station, Post Office and banks are within a short walk from the home. The Home is served by two GP practices, a community hospital and the main Derriford Hospital in nearby Plymouth.
