David W. Bottomley

David is committed to making a positive impact on people's lives. He maintains a private practice and works with industry providing Human Resource Services and Employee Assistance Programs, Coaching and Management Consultancy. He has a Combined Social Sciences degree from Reading University England and is a registered psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society. He has worked in the advertising, market research and telecommunications industries. He has worked as a Manager and Senior Lecturer supervising numerous individuals studying to be counsellors. David has written and delivered corporate programs on behaviour, thinking and feelings, and has co-authored programs on personality and behaviour, stress management, leadership, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, time management and goal setting. He is also trained to use neuromeditation, a neuro-feedback system which helps people to balance their central nervous system. He has lived in England and India and currently resides in Melbourne Australia with his family.

Rita Maulucci

Rita has an Arts degree from Melbourne University and she earned a Masters Degree in Applied Science (psychology) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. She has worked in the corporate sector in telecommunications, real estate, hospitality, education and retail. She has tutored and lectured in psychology and counselling in a university setting and in private education. Rita has worked as a Manager and Senior Lecturer overseeing the studies of numerous students studying counselling. She maintains a private practice as a registered psychologist and is passionate about helping people 'become their best'. Through her insight and experience with working with people, she has written and presented a number of programs in the fields of parenting, emotional intelligence, counselling, resilience, self-esteem, self-confidence, relationships and self-improvement through meditation and relaxation. She has co-authored programs on personality and behaviour, stress management, leadership, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, time management and goal setting. She is also trained to use neuromeditation, a neuro-feedback system which helps people to balance their central nervous system. Rita has also been involved in various research projects including the topic of commitment in relationships. She has been a frequent guest speaker on radio and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She resides in Melbourne, Australia, with her family.
