Ann joined DFA Law in April 2020 as a Paralegal in the Property Department before successfully applying to become a trainee solicitor at the firm.
Having successfully completed the relevant training, Ann qualified as a solicitor in October 2022 and is now a solicitor in the Commercial Property team dealing with all aspects of commercial property including leases, option agreements and finance.
As Managing Partner, Danny focuses on finance, strategy, planning and business development and has worked in the legal sector for over 25 years.
Away from the office, Danny enjoys playing golf and football and works part-time (perhaps even full-time!) as ‘Dad's Taxi' travelling to and from various sports grounds and parks with his 2 sons.
Due to his youngest son wanting to play football with some friends, he became a licensed football coach in 2019 having undertaken his FA Level 1 coaching badge and is currently a youth team coach at Earls Barton United FC, playing in the NDYAL League
In January 2022, Danny attended an adult MHFA Two Day course and is a now a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
Elaine is a Partner in the commercial property department of the firm, having qualified as a Solicitor in October 2006.
Elaine advises on a variety of commercial property transactions which range from acting for private individuals, small local businesses to large companies within the industrial, service, property, finance and retail sectors.
In her spare time Elaine enjoys travelling, reading and socialising with friends and family.

Emma joined DFA Law in November 2021. She has gained a wealth of knowledge in family law having worked in family law since 2006, qualifying in 2012.
Emma deals with all aspects of family law, including domestic abuse, cohabitation, divorce proceedings and finances arising from divorce. She has a particular interest in private law children matters, and has been involved in many complex cases involving children, one being reported, R (no order for contact after findings of domestic abuse) [2020] EWFC B57.
Emma takes a sympathetic yet robust approach to cases. She appreciates the sensitive nature of family law cases and is able to guide clients through a difficult time in order to achieve the best outcome for them. She regularly attends court to conduct advocacy.
Emma is a member of Resolution, an organisation committed to a constructive and non-confrontational approach to family law.
Emma is also a Family Law Accredited specialist of the Law Society.
Emma is a Domestic Abuse Champion for Oxfordshire since 2018 and previously ran a domestic abuse advice clinic with a local charity.
Hannah is an Associate solicitor in our Wills, Trusts & Estates team.
She qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and has experience in drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and Deeds of Variation. Hannah assists clients in obtaining probate, submitting inheritance tax accounts and administering estates. She is able to explain complex legal matters to clients in a clear and comprehensive manner.

Kelly joined DFA Law in January 2018, from Slater & Gordon Lawyers in Milton Keynes. Prior to this, Kelly worked at a niche family law practice in Northamptonshire for six years, qualifying as a solicitor whilst with them, in 2014.
She handles cases dealing with all aspects of family law to include:
Divorce
Financial matters upon both divorce and separation
Dissolution of civil partnerships
Cohabitation agreements
Pre and post nuptial agreements
Private law children matters
Domestic abuse matters

After qualifying as a solicitor in 2010, Michael Joined DFA in 2018 as an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department and became a Partner in 2022. Michael specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law for businesses and individuals.
Michael has a particular interest in conducting Employment Tribunal litigation, although he is equally at home advising on grievance and disciplinary procedures or preparing contracts of employment and staff handbooks.
Michael also has considerable experience of helping people resolve employment law disputes quickly and efficiently by engaging in settlement negotiations outside of the court process. This includes drafting and advising on settlement agreements as well as guiding clients through the ACAS early conciliation process
Outside of work Michael has a young family and enjoys outdoor pursuits such as mountain biking and skiing.
