Gareth holds a DipHE Distinction in Computer Networking from London Metropolitan University, various Microsoft engineering certifications, and has spent the last few years supporting large-scale networks and device deployments primarily in the education, recruitment sectors and healthcare sectors.

With over 15 years in the IT and technology industry, Jon's experience covers a wide range of technologies, applications and vendors.
Jon founded Virgo Networks in 2010 after identifying the need for a service proivder aimed at smaller organisations and individuals requiring a more hands-on approach to solve their IT challenges, without the high prices and restrictive contracts offered by existing vendors.
