In 2016, Allyson was selected as one of New Jersey's 2016 "Best 50 Women in Business" by NJBIZ magazine, an award based on outstanding contributions to the state of New Jersey in one's chosen industry and in the community. She was chosen for this award based on her career accomplishments, leadership, vision, community service, and support of the personal and professional growth of women.

Prior to this Angie worked for a market research company which focused on understanding human behaviour. and used a range of neuroscience techniques to evaluate this. She also worked at The Lancet where she was involved in the editorial process and wrote reviews for The Lancet Neurology.

David Bode

She is vocal about the importance of ensuring research is something that is ‘done with' people with rather than ‘done to' and brings expertise in the therapeutic areas of mental health, addictions and rare diseases, with a focus on health inequalities and vulnerable groups.​ Karen previously held leadership roles in UK not-for profit organisations working to end gender-based violence, leading on business development and research, and delivering projects on behalf of the UK Department of Health, Home Office, Ministry of Justice and the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE). Karen holds a PhD in Addiction Science from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience at King's College London, leading a mixed-methods feasibility study of a behavioural change intervention for women experiencing post-traumatic stress and problematic substance use. She also holds an MSc in Mental Health Services Research and MA in The Theory and Practice of Human Rights. ​ She is also a member of ISOQOL special interest groups for Mixed Methods and Patient Engagement, has published in several peer reviewed journals, presented work at a number of national and international conferences and won several research grants from the UK Economic and Social Research Council, NICE and the Arts and Humanities Research Board​.

Prior to co-founding OPEN Health, Sandy worked in clinical development, sales, marketing, and communications at Novartis and Sanofi, and headed up European business for Huntsworth Health. As COO, Sandy's main focus is setting and delivering the OPEN Health strategy, with a focus on maintaining the company's unique culture, supporting strategic client partnerships, driving internal collaboration and integration, and identifying strategic partnership and acquisition opportunities.

Sarah Adasonla

Tash Cornwell is an Associate Market Access Consultant in the Strategic Market Access team, located in London. Tash joined OPEN Health in 2019 and completed the 18-month OPEN Health Graduate Development Program, gaining experience working in Medical Communications, Patient and Brand Communications and Market Access​. Tash joined the Strategic Market Access team full in March 2021. Tash has experience working on ABNs, formulary guides, PIM/EAMS submissions, HTA dossiers, value propositions and global educational training programs across a range of therapy areas, with a focus on oncology and immunology. Tash supports the team with project management, finances, recruitment, and developing strategic market access materials.​ ​Tash holds an MSc in Global Pharmacy and a first-class honors BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham. During Tash's MSc research project, she investigated the barriers and facilitators in the supply and administration of IPTp for malaria during pregnancy in Lusaka, Zambia. She interviewed key healthcare workers across hospitals in Lusaka to gain best practice insights to support patient access and implementation of the antimalarial treatment.

Tom Blaikie

Tom has been working in market access consultancy for the last 7+ years and joined OPEN Health in 2018.​ As an HTA lead, the core focus of Tom's work is leading and developing strategic programmes of support for UK and European HTA submissions. Tushar has previously also worked as a Clinical Research Associate. ​Tushar's key strengths include ability to build and lead well-connected team members, effective management of customer relationships, vendor selection and oversight, strong financial acumen.​ Tushar has a Bachelor of Medical Science (hons) degree from the University of Birmingham.​
