In 2016, Allyson was selected as one of New Jersey's 2016 "Best 50 Women in Business" by NJBIZ magazine, an award based on outstanding contributions to the state of New Jersey in one's chosen industry and in the community. She was chosen for this award based on her career accomplishments, leadership, vision, community service, and support of the personal and professional growth of women.

Prior to joining OPEN Health, Angie undertook her PhD in Neuroscience and Bioengineering at Imperial College London, investigating sensory integration and attentional processing in physiological and pathophysiological states. Angie published in a range of peer-reviewed journals and presented abstracts at conferences. She recently worked as a researcher for The University of Liverpool, and was involved in Cochrane reviews, formulating patient decision aids, and conducting data extraction from Randomised Controlled Trials for NICE and data extraction for the World Health Organization in order to develop and shape guidelines. Prior to this Angie worked for a market research company which focused on understanding human behaviour. and used a range of neuroscience techniques to evaluate this. She also worked at The Lancet where she was involved in the editorial process and wrote reviews for The Lancet Neurology.
Annemarie is Chief Medical Officer of OPEN Health. A medical professional with more than 18 years of scientific, medical strategy, publication planning, business development, and integration experience, she has deep expertise in leading multiple cross-functional client teams, implementing workshops and strategy sessions with internal senior management, and developing solutions that drive business unit success. Previously, as Senior Vice President, Strategic Services, she provided strategic clinical and operational leadership for business development activities. As Chief Medical Officer, Annemarie is responsible for supporting new business, strategic planning, and medical and scientific staff development across the organization.

Craig's modeling experience spans a number of different disease areas (cardiovascular, ophthalmology, oncology, …), and a number of different methods (Markov, partitioned survival, multistate, microsimulation). Craig also has experience in parameterising time-to-event data, particularly with long extrapolation periods. He is an accomplished medical writer with 3 years' experience within market access consulting, and specialises in the development of large written market access materials such as HTA submissions (e.g. NICE, SMC, AWMSG, NCPE), MHRA PIM/EAMS applications, value dossiers, and payer-facing decks.
David has developed high quality market access deliverables across the fields of oncology, respiratory disease, dermatology, neurology, and cardiovascular health.
Prior to entering the field of market access, he completed a Biochemistry PhD and conducted postdoctoral research at Queen Mary, University of London in the field of Alzheimer's disease. David joined OPEN Health in 2019 as the group CFO. He is a Chartered Accountant, received training at Arthur Andersen, and has 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in senior finance roles. Ella has a background in both academic and commercial settings as a health researcher and consultant. She is vocal about the importance of ensuring research is something that is ‘done with' people with rather than ‘done to' and brings expertise in the therapeutic areas of mental health, addictions and rare diseases, with a focus on health inequalities and vulnerable groups. Karen previously held leadership roles in UK not-for profit organisations working to end gender-based violence, leading on business development and research, and delivering projects on behalf of the UK Department of Health, Home Office, Ministry of Justice and the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
Karen holds a PhD in Addiction Science from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience at King's College London, leading a mixed-methods feasibility study of a behavioural change intervention for women experiencing post-traumatic stress and problematic substance use. She also holds an MSc in Mental Health Services Research and MA in The Theory and Practice of Human Rights. She is also a member of ISOQOL special interest groups for Mixed Methods and Patient Engagement, has published in several peer reviewed journals, presented work at a number of national and international conferences and won several research grants from the UK Economic and Social Research Council, NICE and the Arts and Humanities Research Board.

Responsible for more than 500 people, Margot has overall accountability for the Medical and Brand Communications services, including Publication planning, Medical Education, Learning and Development, Creative and Digital. Previously, Margot was with Astra, AstraZeneca, Takeda and Merck before moving agency side in 2007. Myriam is a qualified epidemiologist, having completed an MPhil and PhD in epidemiology at the University of Cambridge in the Department of Public Health; and also a qualified statistician, with an Msc in statistical sciences and economic administration from the French National School of Statistics (ENSAE).
Myriam joined OPEN Health in 2018. She has over ten years of experience in scientific consulting and has held previous roles at Roche and GSK in their real-world departments.
Na Guo is a Senior Director and China local lead across all COEs, located in the China office. Na has over 10 years of experience in epidemiology, Real-World Data/ Real-World Evidence, Health Economics and Patient-Centered Outcomes research.

Prior to joining OPEN Health, Prashant worked in various organizations and is well-versed with systematic and targeted literature reviews, medical writing, medical information and medical communications.
His last stint was with GSK Knowledge Center in Gurgaon, India where he worked primarily on literature reviews, report writing, drafting abstracts and presentations. He has worked on projects focusing on asthma, Parkinson's disease, rheumatoid arthritis and Alzheimer's disease. He earned his Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from NIPER, Mohali, India in 2012.
Rachel is the Chief People Officer of the OPEN Health group. With more than 20 years' senior human resources experience in fast-moving commercial environments, she has worked in private equity firms, large UK PLCs, US-based multinationals, and global matrix organizations. Rachel specializes in mergers and acquisitions, cultural change, organizational development, and restructuring. Prior to joining OPEN Health, Rachel was a freelance consultant to a private equity business, where she provided senior advice to the business and its portfolio companies.

Rob joined OPEN Health in 2014 and is now the Group CEO. With over 30 years of experience, he has worked at both Novartis and GSK before running advertising and medical communications agencies at Publicis. He left Publicis to create and run a novel prelaunch strategic consultancy for 8 years before joining OPEN health in various roles prior to his current position. Rob is a pharmacist by training who has also obtained an MBA.
Sandy was one of the original founders of OPEN Health in 2011. Sandy is a pharmacist by profession and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. She has broad experience in pharmaceutical marketing and communications at global, European, and UK domestic levels. Prior to co-founding OPEN Health, Sandy worked in clinical development, sales, marketing, and communications at Novartis and Sanofi, and headed up European business for Huntsworth Health. As COO, Sandy's main focus is setting and delivering the OPEN Health strategy, with a focus on maintaining the company's unique culture, supporting strategic client partnerships, driving internal collaboration and integration, and identifying strategic partnership and acquisition opportunities.

Tash Cornwell is an Associate Market Access Consultant in the Strategic Market Access team, located in London. Tash joined OPEN Health in 2019 and completed the 18-month OPEN Health Graduate Development Program, gaining experience working in Medical Communications, Patient and Brand Communications and Market Access. Tash joined the Strategic Market Access team full in March 2021.
Tash has experience working on ABNs, formulary guides, PIM/EAMS submissions, HTA dossiers, value propositions and global educational training programs across a range of therapy areas, with a focus on oncology and immunology. Tash supports the team with project management, finances, recruitment, and developing strategic market access materials.
Tash holds an MSc in Global Pharmacy and a first-class honors BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham. During Tash's MSc research project, she investigated the barriers and facilitators in the supply and administration of IPTp for malaria during pregnancy in Lusaka, Zambia. She interviewed key healthcare workers across hospitals in Lusaka to gain best practice insights to support patient access and implementation of the antimalarial treatment.

Tom Blaikie is a Director in Strategic Market Access, located in the London, UK office. Tom has been working in market access consultancy for the last 7+ years and joined OPEN Health in 2018.
As an HTA lead, the core focus of Tom's work is leading and developing strategic programmes of support for UK and European HTA submissions. This includes bringing together stakeholder engagement, literature reviews, HE modelling and dossier development to support the efficient and successful reimbursement of drugs and medical devices.
Furthermore, Tom has experience delivering a wide range of global market access projects, including value propositions, advisory boards, landscape and analogue assessments, health economic models, client workshops and trainings, and digital communication platforms. He has considerable experience in a variety of therapy areas, including Oncology, Nephrology and Respiratory Medicine.

Tushar has experience in multiple therapeutic areas and has managed studies ranging from first in human to post approval studies across the globe.
With over 16 years of industry experience, Tushar has led clinical studies successfully in both pharmaceutical and CRO settings. Prior to joining OPEN Health, Tushar worked as a Clinical Project Manager at a pharmaceutical company managing complex studies and supporting a NDA submission. Tushar has previously also worked as a Clinical Research Associate. Tushar's key strengths include ability to build and lead well-connected team members, effective management of customer relationships, vendor selection and oversight, strong financial acumen. Tushar has a Bachelor of Medical Science (hons) degree from the University of Birmingham.
