With over 30 years of experience in the field of particle and material characterisation, Brian founded Meritics, in 2003. Passionate about particle characterisation, Brian is the Secretary of the RSC's Particle Characterisation Interest Group and has published more than 35 papers in the field.
With a laboratory background, Caroline's skills and experience in sales, customer service and administration keep the business firmly on track.
Joining the business during its inaugural year, David is a professional fixer - dedicated to providing exemplary customer service and support. With over 15 years' experience in particle characterisation instrumentation, David is an expert in his field.
Newest member of the team. Megan obtained a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Nottingham, with over 5-years' experience working with membrane proteins. Megan's role is to use her biological expertise to assess instrument parameters for biological entities.

When it comes to particle characterisation laboratories, Robert has over 30 years' experience in the field. With expertise in samples and calibration, control material preparation, certification, method development and validation as well as product development and proficiency testing schemes, Robert is a certified ISO quality auditor and health and safety assessor.

A specialist in office administration, project management and marketing, Sophie provides invaluable support in the smooth running of the business.
Steven has played a key role in the growth of Meritics since joining the firm over a decade ago.
