He has held managerial positions in both Retail and Financial Services... Specialising in personal development for all types of sales people, he is also one of only a handful of nationally European accredited trainers of the SPQ*Gold® (Psychology of Sales Call Reluctance). He has an extensive background of effective face-to-face development supported by a skill set of project management, performance assessment and multimedia training design and production... However, at the end of the day, the thing that still gives Ian the most reward is helping sales people feel more comfortable…and sell more.
