Every TiA programme is a bespoke experience. We design and deliver programmes covering the whole spectrum of people skills development. TiA was established in 1989 as Training in Action Ltd to provide experiential learning and development programmes. We operate on a global basis with a focus on personal development and interpersonal skills... Our approach to development has refined over 30 years to combine experiential learning, with the participant's previous experience, the latest theory and facilitated discussion. This combination approach allows for the learning to develop at a behavioural level and support its translation to the workplace.
