Barrie Britton

Barrie Britton has been a wildlife cameraman for over 30 years specialising in animal behaviour with a particular passion for filming birds. After studying zoology at university he joined the BBC Natural History Unit and was awarded a trainee cameraman bursary. He has been working as a freelance cameraman since 1986, filming in many different habitats around the world from the arctic to tropical rain-forests. He has worked on some of the BBC's most prestigious series including The Trials of Life, Wildlife on One and The Life of Birds. Over the last decade Barrie Britton has been one of the principal contributing cameramen for the BBC's award-winning high definition series Planet Earth, Galapagos, Life and Frozen Planet. More recently he has filmed for the Arctic episode of The Hunt, Planet Earth II, the BBC's Wild Brazil, Great Bear Stakeout and Mexico (Earth's Festival of Life) series, gaining expertise with Red, Phantom, Sony F55 and Panasonic Varicam cameras.

Robert Dróżdż

Robert, since he was a toddler, was fascinated by nature. As a young boy, he used to run with binoculars watching the life of animals. When he grew up he was involved in research work, supporting: introduction turtle in Poland, examining bats or monitoring birds near the Vistula river. With time, the passion for wildlife nature led him to study forestry at SGGW along with attending the Film School in Lodz, at the same time. During those years he was a wildlife photographer. He published many publications among them were the ones for the Polish edition of the National Geographic. His work allowed him to be a member of the Association of the Polish Art Photographers. He is currently a wildlife cameraman. His debut film was "Pola tetniace zyciem", showing the rapid changes taking place in the agricultural environment. In this film, he was a director, a screenwriter, and a cameraman at the same time. He has a huge experience and sense in the field.

Tim Shepherd

Tim Shepherd is a Freelance Director/Cameraman and Artist. He specialises in timelapse filming, particularly of plants growing and also macro filming of intricate animal behaviour. With a degree in Botany, Tim is keen to raise the profile and importance of plants in his work. He has been a major contributor to the BBC Series LIFE, PLANET EARTH, LIFE IN COLD BLOOD, LIFE IN THE UNDERGROWTH and his plant timelapses are in many BBC Science and Gardening productions. Tim started his career at Oxford Scientific Films and went freelance in 1990. He has worked on many award winning productions including an EMMY, Kodak Vision Award and Panda Award for Specialist Cinematography for the 1996 production 'The Private Life of Plants', and Royal Television Society, Craft and Design Award for 'The Human Body'. Tim's studio in Devon is fully equipped to shoot on 6 timelapse sets at any one time with timelapse motion control on up to 4 at a time.
