Amy Gargan

Barra Heavey - CMO

As Marketing Director, Barra works collaboratively to lead and streamline RKD's marketing & communications and to promote design thinking across the organisation. His responsibilities extend to supervision of RKD's brand and management of our quality management systems to maintain independent certification to the ISO 9001 standard. He advises the management team on all aspects of marketing, communications and branding, shaping strategy to develop and execute effective marketing projects and communication campaigns.

Brian Cooke

Focused on providing design service to healthcare and well-being projects across Ireland's South-East region, Brian leads our Waterford office. His extensive experience encompasses the development and delivery of critical projects for public and private sector clients. He is trusted by healthcare providers to design and manage greenfield projects as well as integrated refurbishment and extension within highly-serviced live environments.

Carol Spollen

Conor Murphy

Damien O'Neill

Damien has experience as a design coordinator across multidisciplinary design teams. He also has experience in project delivery and site inspection, BIM modelling/review, and detailing. He has worked on several datacentre projects with multi-discipline co-ordination of BIM models and design.

Danielle Broe Fox

David Browne

As Director of RKD and Former President of the Royal Institute of the Architects in Ireland, David is one of Ireland's well known design leaders promoting the value that architecture brings to society for the benefit of all. He is internationally recognised for his ability to unite and lead design teams, advancing a legacy of architectural excellence built over four generations. In recent years, David has been primarily involved in business development with RKD while continuing to work on early project concept design, masterplanning and practice management. David is a great team player and has the ability to see the bigger picture and the value of collaboration where many others don't.

David Petherbridge

Widely recognised and respected as an industry leader, David heads our Commercial and Retail Design Groups. His practical economic sense and can-do attitude create buildings and spaces for clients that form the physical manifestation of their organisational vision. He uses design responsibly as a force for positive change, helping clients to successfully navigate challenges in their real estate portfolios. David is chair of the large practice forum of the RIAI.

Deborah Moynihan

As one of the most experienced Building Information Modelling (BIM) designers in RKD, Deborah plays a central role in ensuring that the creation, transfer and use of information adds value to projects during the design, construction and operation of the building. She develops and administers the protocols for project team's engagement with BIM and uses her understanding of lean management principles and BIM processes to help the project team maximise its efforts and deliver value for money to the project.

Kevin Maguire

With this experience he commands wide knowledge of the construction industry and working environment. He has extensive experience in compiling planning, tender and construction documentation.

Kieran Condon
