Fiona joined Warcup Law Firm in 2015. She has over 25 years legal experience and assists Sarah and Mark in all property matters.

Mark qualified as a Solicitor in 1994 and formed Warcup Law Firm in 2012.
He has extensive experience on a full range of Commercial Property matters and has particular involvement acting for Landlords who are buying, selling and letting all types of property including offices, retail outlets and industrial premises.
Mark's clients range from household names to local business start ups, all of whom value his down to earth practical approach to commercial matters.
Mark is highly regarded in the region for his work in relation to Agricultural and Rural matters. He acts for farmers, landed estates, rural businesses, landlords and developers. He advises on the sale and purchase of farmland, agricultural tenancies, renewable solar and wind projects, restrictive covenants, easements, rights of way, boundaries and sporting rights.
Mark is a member of the Law Society, Agricultural Law Association and is a professional member of the National Farmers Union.
I have been working in family law for over 20 years. I initially qualified as a Legal Executive in November 2005 and then qualified as a solicitor in October 2009. I completed my studies mainly by distance learning whilst working full time in a family law department. I attended De Montfort University in Leicester to complete the Legal Practice Course and passed with distinction. I joined Warcup Law Firm in October 2020. I specialise in divorce, finance and private children matters.
I am a member of Resolution and am a Resolution Accredited Specialist in private children law and complex financial remedies.
Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and specialises in advising families about Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and issues concerning mental capacity and care.
As well as being an experienced Solicitor, Sarah is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds a STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates. STEP is a leading worldwide professional body for Practitioners specialising in this area, with full members of STEP being recognized as the most experienced and senior Practitioners in their field. Sarah is therefore extremely well placed to support Executors and Trustees in dealing with the administration of complex Estates and Trusts, and to provide advice to those wanting to minimize their Inheritance Tax liability and plan for the passing of their assets to the next generation.
The approach that Sarah offers is highly personalised, with her taking her time to get to know her clients so that advice is tailored specifically to their unique situation and needs. As addressing legal issues is often only one part of the bigger picture, Sarah routinely collaborates with professionals in other disciplines, such as Accountants and Financial Advisors, to make sure that her clients receive an holistic service and are able to lay the best possible foundations, legally and financially, for themselves and their families in the years to come.

After qualifying as a Solicitor in 1999, Sarah was employed by a number of firms in London, before establishing her own practice, during which time she acted on a wide range of property transactions and acted for high net worth individuals in relation to freehold and leasehold properties.
Sarah has been with Warcup Law Firm since 2017 and became a Director in 2020, and deals with all types of property matters.

Sophy joined Warcup Law Firm in 2015 as an Office Junior. Sophy gained her paralegal qualification in residential conveyancing in 2019 and is responsible for assisting Ashlynne with the day to day running of files by updating clients, agents and dealing with all administrative tasks including dealing with completions and post completion work.
