Angela has a solid background in Language and IT having learned her trade at IBM, combined with studying French at University. In her early career she was interested in becoming a French teacher but ultimately her passion for all things tech led her down a different path.
In her Uni days her course led Angela to swapping the shipyards of Greenock for an adventure throughout France - for 7 months. Working as a Language Assistant in three schools she gained more valuable life experience (she was just 22 and this was her first time away from home) than anything else she has ever done.
Since returning from France much of Angela's work experience relates to the IT support, Intellectual Property and Translation sectors. Her last role focused primarily on relationship building, software management/training and communication. It's been crystal clear to see that these are Angela's strengths. She is a joy to work with and has built strong relationships with the clients she has been working.
Angela is extremely passionate about teaching. In every role she has been in this is the area where she absolutely excels. Although new to the legal sector her unwavering desire to help the firms we partner with get the best out of our software is undeniable.
Angela is a fitness fanatic. It is engrained in her lifestyle. She freely admits she has now become one of those people who feels guilty on rest days. She spends a lot of time at her local gym, meeting new people and she adores how supportive everyone is. As much as she loves the gym, she does admit she tends to skip burpee day!
She has a very sweet tooth. So much so she had to ban herself from buying Nutella due to eating it from the jar with a spoon! It has to be said she has been caught in the act doing this in the office!
A very outdoorsy person, Angela loves a good walk, listening to music and podcasts and as an avid reader at night (when she can keep herself awake). She does love an early night!
Her go to holiday destination is the white isle of Ibiza! A bit weird for someone who loves an early night!
But the main things to know about Angela is she is ‘girly girl'! She loves all things makeup, skincare and anything that "smells lovely". She's also extremely close to her family and friends and loves spending time with them. She has a niece and nephew who she adores and is also ‘Aunty Ange' to her friends kids.

Callum has been involved in the legal software industry for over 10 years, successfully introducing law firms to a wide variety of intelligent solutions to help manage their practice. He is responsible for collaborating with all current and prospective partners to develop plans that demonstrate and prove the ongoing value of Denovo's whole practice case management software solutions. His goal is to help reduce unnecessary manual tasks and to increase the profitability of our partners using automated and intelligent software and practices.
Callum also helps develop and deliver activities and sales collateral to support and educate our customers on the power of our product, increase their knowledge and provides insight into how to get the most out of the software. Whether firms are looking to adopt a case management system, or thinking about expanding or upgrading their existing software, Callum is committed to ensuring that these processes are always dealt with professionally and with the client's needs in mind. He loves working with our partners, to find clever solutions to everyday problems.
Callum loves playing football whenever he is not injured, which seems to get ever more frequent with age (there's a suspicion he may be made of chocolate). He also likes to exercise as much as he can. He is doting father and takes pride in his main past-time being spending time with his son.

Step into the world of financial wizardry and meet Chloe Tennant, our newest addition to the Denovo Cashroom Services family. With a remarkable 8 years of experience in the realm of numbers, Chloe has honed her skills to perfection.
Back in 2017, Chloe achieved the coveted SOLAS qualification, making her a force to be reckoned with in the world law firm cashiering. Armed with her knowledge and expertise, she's ready to weave her magic supporting our ever growing list of Cashroom Services clients.
Joining as an legal cashier was no small feat, but Chloe embraced the challenge with open arms and has truly hit the ground running. In just a few months since stepping through our doors, she's absorbed so much from Jacqui and the team, turning every learning experience into a stepping stone towards success.
When Chloe isn't busy balancing ledgers and cracking the code of financial mysteries, she's off satisfying her wanderlust cravings. During her youth, she embarked on a thrilling escapade in Australia, spending an entire year exploring the wonders of the Land Down Under. An adrenaline junkie through and through, she scaled the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and soared through the skies with a heart-pounding skydiving experience-truly the stuff of brave legends!
As the summer sun approaches, Chloe's excitement builds for her annual trips to Italy. In her dreams, she can already taste the delectable pasta, savour the heavenly pizza, and indulge in the creamy goodness of gelato. The mere thought of it sends her taste buds on a flavourful frenzy!
Yet, amid all her grand adventures and financial wizardry, Chloe's heart remains grounded in the warmth of her loved ones. When the weekend arrives, she cherishes the moments spent catching up with family and friends, having a laugh, and creating cherished memories that are worth their weight in gold.

As each client has varying needs, Claire adapts to meet those needs and expectations. She ensures that clients are using the system to its full capability to save time and resources and improve efficiency.
Claire has excellent problem-solving skills and proficient in excel. Continuously studying to improving knowledge and expand skills. Recently qualified Accountant (ACCA).
Craig is part of the Development team here at Denovo, often undertaking tasks developing software add-ins and integration with third party companies through the use of APIs. Craig's other duties include creating KPI reports requested by clients and also assists the software support team, providing clients with answers to their queries in a timely manner.
Craig's greatest strength is his ability to investigate customers issues alongside building rapport with clients. He enjoys the problem solving aspect of his role when providing support to our clients. He is best known for sharing his enthusiasm when a problematic issue is resolved.
Craig is a keen cyclist who can often be found out on the road or trails in the evenings or weekend. Craig also enjoys challenging his colleagues to a game of pool at lunch (lunch seems to take place 5 times a day!)

David is an experienced legal professional, who spent the bulk of his career working with some of the biggest law firms in Scotland. More recently he was employed to start up a small PI team to develop and introduce workflow systems to automate RTA work, and built relationships with new referrers. His grasp of what lawyers and law firms require from legal software is why we worked hard to bring David to Denovo. Understanding the challenges firms face and having a wealth of experience in developing and then training staff on how to use solutions is invaluable to us as a business.
David enjoys most sports, but mainly golf in his hometown of North Berwick. Claims he pays off 10 but refuses to play with anyone in the office, so we reckon he's either lying and he's rotten or he simply doesn't like us! either way he's dodging a game with the Denovo Pros! A keen footballer and Jambos fan all his days, but recent knee problems mean he's struggling to make even a full game of 5's nowadays, sadly. David recently got into kayaking and paddle boarding, and has been known to go wild swimming in the sea before work nowadays, mainly as the beach is only 45 seconds from his flat! Alright for some! We feel desperately sorry for his neighbours who have to see him casually strolling down to the water in his speedos every morning. What a view that must be first thing!

David is a talented and enthusiastic Training and Implementation Consultant. Hailing all the way from Belfast, he's not just bringing his expertise but also a dose of good-natured humour to the office.
With his infectious charm and that unmistakable Northern Irish wit, David has everyone laughing and learning at the same time. He's like the perfect training guru having worked in the legal software industry for many years. He is passionate about making the software implementation process an enjoyable and memorable experience for our law firm clients.
David's journey from Belfast to Scotland reads like a legal software adventure. From his early days working inside law firms, he then decided to take a different path and enter the world of legal tech. Armed with a determination to transform the legal software landscape, he set out on a mission to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and the needs of law firms. Along the way, he's charmed clients, both locally and internationally, with his warm personality and amazed them with his deep understanding of the software.
His passion for empowering law firms to utilise our software to its fullest potential is palpable. David takes the time to understand each firm's unique requirements and ensures they receive tailored training that fits their needs like a perfectly tailored suit. With him leading the way, our clients are well-equipped to navigate the software landscape with confidence.
David's training sessions are legendary, often sprinkled with anecdotes of his journey from Belfast to Scotland - a tale of adventure, discovery, and a few mishaps along the way. He is a big football fan but has no interest in Scottish teams, so there is no animosity in the office…yet. He's only been in Scotland 2 years so there is still time for him to choose the ‘correct' team! He is also a huge rugby fan with his dad having played for national team. He is constantly reminding us that his dads debut for Ireland in the Five Nations resulted in Ireland beating SCOTLAND 21-12 back in 1982! Ok David, we get it, you're dad's an Irish rugby hero! Yawn!
At home in Bearsden (if he can pronounce it correctly - it's ‘BEAR' not ‘BEER') David is the third most important ‘person' in his household with Lizzie the Toy Poodle taking top spot and his partner Ekta a close second.

David Hardie boasts 25 years' experience producing software for the UK legal market. Sometimes described as the heartbeat of Denovo, it is certainly fair to say that David Hardie's software is the skeleton on which everything else relies within the company.
The enthusiastic Software Development Manager is both as proactive as he is personable and, in an industry where common sense explanations are rarely the lingua franca between coders and customers, he stands out as someone who is adept at pre-empting client's needs even where they themselves are struggling to articulate them.
David is involved in guiding you through the initial setup and design stage of implementing your CRM, document management or workflow system through to final training and implementation.
David's work involves collecting firms' existing document collections and creating dynamic, streamlined templates within the Denovo system that minimise repetition. Setting up and designing electronic letterheads for emailing and print macros are useful tools in achieving these goals.
After 30 years dealing with law firms, he is in an excellent position to evaluate and implement solutions that will eradicate many of the repetitive tasks synonymous with legal work.
Renowned for his patience and his attention to detail, David has trained thousands of users up and down the country over the years. His aim is to make the implementation of your new system as seamless as possible and ensure that your staff get the best out of your system.
David "enjoys" having his patience regularly tested by his favourite football team from Paisley.

Erin is responsible for support and training on our Intelligent Accounts and Case Management software platforms . She works closely with her colleagues in the Training & Implementation Team assisting on consultancy visits, software training and a wide variety of support. Erin has gained her SOLAS qualification during her time at Denovo.
Erin assists our law firm partners to improve efficiency in their business, save time and remain compliant with Law Society and SRA accounts rules. She is constantly striving to find the best solutions for every firm to ensure they get the best possible experience using our software .
Erin is an established trainer on CaseLoad and helps to shape the ongoing development of both the software and our training content.
Erin's two biggest passions are her pets and travelling.

Graham joined the team in April 2023 as Business Development Manager. The legal landscape is a fresh challenge for him; however, he comes from a strong financial services background with a wealth of knowledge around building and nurturing relationships within the professional services market.
With a flair for both business and music, he's not your typical suit-and-tie professional. When Graham isn't busy expanding our clientele, you can often find him channelling his inner rockstar, armed with his trusty guitar, ready to unleash some tunes in the office.
Graham's passion for music goes hand in hand with his enthusiasm for our clients' success. If there's one thing he's as serious about as his guitar solos, it's ensuring that our clients get the absolute most out of our cutting-edge case management software. You'll often catch him riffing on how our software can streamline their processes, boost efficiency, and make their lives a whole lot easier.
Graham is extraordinarily passionate about building relationships with people. He spends most of his time in conversation with firms who have expressed an interest in our software, demonstrating the positive impact our software can have on their business and walking them through our partnership approach.
Outside of work, Graham loves football and played extensively (in his words!) "about 5 stone ago"! His passion for music led him to playing the drums and belting out the occasional vocal solo in his band. You might catch him at a live venue around the country or even headlining TRNSMT…
So, if you hear the sound of a melodic guitar coming from the office, you can be sure that Graham is at the heart of it all, strumming away on his six-string. And when it comes to helping our clients succeed, his passion is like a crescendo that never ends.

Grant is Head of Marketing & Customer Engagement at Denovo, with responsibility for marketing programs, brand management, event management, online and offline promotions of the business. In addition to strategic marketing development efforts, he manages media relations, advertising and website development. Grant also oversees the creation of processes to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and value propositions.
Grant's greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and relationship building. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company's reach. He believes passionately in the power of extracting insights from data combined with experience and out-the-box thinking to deliver long term, sustainable, profitable growth to the business, its' key partners and clients.
Grant is the proud father of a 2.5 years daughter - Amara. His tales of the of the ongoing battles between parent and toddler are now legendry at Denovo! Incredibly Grant has been able to maintain a reasonably successful amateur football career and manages to squeeze in a full 18 holes of golf a couple of times a month, despite his parental responsibilities. Grant's wife has very different things to say about him!
Breaking news! Amara is now a big sister to a beautiful baby girl called Emaya! Grant has resigned himself to the fact that he will be singing Frozen songs and getting his nails painted for at least the next 10 years!
A Legal Cashier with 4 years' experience, Helena is responsible for the accounting of multiple law firms for which she provides a variety of legal services, including keeping postings up to date, running various month/year end reports, sending VAT Returns and submitting Account Certificates to Law Society.
All these tasks are completed to the highest standard, whilst ensuring compliance with the Law Society of Scotland Accounts Rules. Helena enjoys looking after and walking her dog.

Jack is the newest member of our ever-growing Software Development team here at Denovo. Some of Jacks main responsibilities involve discussing, analysing, designing and building business processes/workflows with key project stakeholders. Jack also participates in product development, software installations and development, report designing and implementation and contributes to the development of Microsoft stack desktop applications. Moreover, Jack assists our data migration experts with the scoping, costing and analysis of all client migrations. He also provides maintenance and improvement of all new and existing data migrations.
Jack is a self-confessed ‘Data Scientist'. He really enjoys big data, data analysis and data manipulation. He is particularly passionate about helping clients with analysis based on data, especially when it comes to performing forecasts and predictions. He's competitive, ambitious, and ready to help our team and our clients whenever is needed. He is a problem solver and not afraid of obstacles. All in all, he's perfect for this role!
Jack grew up in Italy's Emilia-Romagna region of Parma. He moved to Stirling to study, where he was awarded with a distinction for his MSc in Data Science (Stirling University). He then worked as a Data Analyst and Data Consultant for companies based in his homeland. Following his successful application to join team Denovo he has moved permanently to work at our main office in Glasgow.
To wind down from his love of all things data, Jack is a keen photographer, gamer and as you can probably tell from his willingness to move his entire life to another country, he loves to travel.
Jack made this move on the back of a global pandemic, in the midst of a global economic crisis and to a country where the cost of living is rising rapidly every week. He did so with bravery and a clear goal of progressing his career. Swapping the Romanesque buildings, including the frescoed Parma Cathedral and the pink marble Baptistery, for a rather gloomy Spiers Wharf canal was a bold move! But, we are so glad he did. He is very quickly becoming an invaluable member of our team. We will be there to support Jack as he continues his journey to success and embarks on his new life in Glasgow!

Jacqui is Head Cashier of Cashroom Services. She has been SOLAS Qualified for the past 25 years. She is responsible for the accounting of multiple law firms which provide a variety of legal services, including VAT Returns and Payroll, whilst ensuring compliance with the Law Society of Scotland Accounts Rules. Jacqui also oversees the day to day running of Cashroom Services.
Jacqui sees her strengths in the ability to transferable work from company to company and to achieve the same excellent standard of work throughout. She has extensive knowledge of the Law Society Accounts Rules and attributes this to dealing with and helping numerous firms through their Law Society Inspection. Jacqui believes in "old school" legal cashiering when everything was manual and transparent - she thrives on the challenge of keeping it old school but bringing it through into the latest technology.
In her spare time Jacqui is a keen, walker and cyclist. She also has a self-professed master's degree in eating and drinking!

Linda joined Denovo in 2021. She joins the Cashroom Services team as a SOLAS Qualified Law Accountant. She brings a wealth of experience to Denovo, having worked in the legal industry for just over 12 years. Linda became SOLAS qualified in 2010, whilst working at Maclay Murray and Spens LLP. In 2013 Linda made the move to James Guthrie & Co LLP and spent 8 successful years there supporting the management of their Cashroom. Linda is yet another Kilmarnock native who joins the team (we now have 5 in total hailing from the heart of sunny East Ayrshire!). Being that Killie is the birth place of the brand Johnny Walker, it is no surprise that Linda is fond of a cocktail or two! She is also our resident American Football expert. She tells us that her dream man is Odell Beckham Junior, but we've not to tell Ross (the husband) that apparently!
Linda is a consummate professional, who says her main passion is working with and supporting clients. Always on hand to chat, she is constantly gaining positive feedback. With her experience working in law firms Linda is perfectly placed to understand the challenges and provide the necessary Cashroom support to our law firm partners.
As much as Linda is passionate about her work her real passion lies with her family - her husband Ross, two year old son Zac and their cocker spaniel Travis (who is named after Travis Pastrana… not the band! Allegedly…). We hear Super Bowl parties are "epic" in the Baird household!

Ross's responsibilities include maintaining & enhancing Denovo Legal Intelligence software, testing and evaluating our new software, data conversions from previous systems to Denovo's and writing new software and new reports for Caseload.
Ross's qualities include a willingness to help and support clients and colleagues solve problems/issues and has strong determination to get solutions. Ross's attention to detail and patience helps with data conversions and creating new reports for clients.
Ross enjoys watching sports including supporting his local football team, likes running half marathons & marathons when motivated. He also sits opposite from someone who is in the Guinness Book of World Records.
