Allison Hipkin, Registered Provider of Phoenix Homecare Norfolk, and also the Registered Manager for the company. Allison's background is predominately in the care sector and she has a wealth of experience in the care profession having been employed by Norfolk County Council in various care positions for the past 23 years. Allison became a Registered Homecare Manager in 2007 and managed various Districts for the councils Homecare Service including North Norfolk, Southern and Norwich. Allison holds a Registered Managers Award NVQ at Level 4.

Irene holds a Registered Managers Award NVQ at Level 4. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the care profession also being employed by Norfolk County Council in various care positions for the past 22 years. Irene became a Homecare manager in 2004 for the Southern District. She was also the Senior Care-Coordinator for Broadland District and for the Departments Out of Hours Service. Irene became a Registered Manager in December 2007 for the Western District and also managing at times other Districts including North Norfolk.
