Working with the main contractors, BIM coordinator Nick models RiserSafe® in Tekla with M&E information provided by the M&E contractors in IFC format to include RiserSafe® in the project model. We can of course work in 2D if required for smaller projects.
Rachael gained her technical experience with a frame contractor. Starting at Ambar Kelly as an estimator, she gained a keen understanding of multiple pricing and construction requirements for riser shafts. Over the years Rachael has built an excellent reputation with our clients for professionalism & integrity, working on both new build and refurbishment projects of note.

Part of our 3-D modelling service is to have Keron working with client teams to develop riser detail in the virtual world, teasing out buildability challenges, which often go undetected until they surface during construction. This helps develop the client team's riser strategy with our experience on passive fire protection, drywall, MEP service installations, saving cost, time and designing out safety issues.
