The directors and shareholders are Mark Parsons and his sister, Amanda Williams. Peter Parsons passed the company to his children some years ago, but still works full time in the business. The majority of the company's activities in recent years have been acting as Main Contractor on behalf of Housing Associations and Local Authorities...
