I'm an Apprentice Training Consultant (Traction & Rolling Stock).
I've been with RTI since the beginning of 2020. I have been training for over 20 years having spent 31 years with London Underground.

- Simulator Maintenance Engineer
I have 14 years of service with RTI using experience in electrical & electronic engineering and multi-discipline IT skills to maintain company IT systems and support simulator technicians when required.

- Head of Training & Competence
I have 11 years of service with RTI as a training consultant, senior training consultant and my current position as the Head of Training and Competence.
With over forty years in the railway industry, including roles as Head of Learning and Development in both London Underground and Network Rail, I joined RTI in 2004 and took over ownership of the business in 2007.
I joined RTI in September 2022, after having previously worked as a level 3 service engineer for Southeastern Railway.

I have held the position of Accounts Manager at RTI since 2007.
I am an Ex-Army, Royal Engineer. Main trade is Plant Operator Mechanic.
Starting as a mechanical apprentice with the National Coal Board at Tilmanstone Colliery.
My role encompasses the delivery of various training packages and skills assessments.
