Brad Strutt

Brad is a dedicated and passionate senior IT professional with a successful track record in leading and implementing IT Strategies. He has over 16 years of experience in education, not-for-profit and the private sector. He hopes to harness his skills and experience to support the Board of Trustee's organisational goals. In his spare time Brad enjoys keeping active. Last year he completed the Leeds Triathlon and this year the London Marathon, raising thousands of pounds for charities in the process.

Brain In Hand

Brain in Hand is an App, and website which can help you access strategies 24/7 to get through the day. There is also human support for when you are struggling, which is accessed via a traffic light alert system. Brain in Hand can be used to identify and implement strategies for overcoming barriers and setting practical goals including;

Brigid House

Brigid House is one of Community Links' three Intermediate Support Hostels providing recovery-focused support in a therapeutic environment. The hostel supports men and women aged 18+ with moderate to severe mental health problems or personality disorders.

Claire has a wealth of experience working in criminal justice, she has been a forensic psychologist and then later became a prison governor. Claire now teaches on the Psychology programmes at Leeds Trinity University.

Duane is an experienced Project Manager with training and accreditations to compliment the practice, hands on experience of managing multiple concurrent construction and facilities management projects increasing business' ability to achieve its goals. Overall portfolio responsibility for client estates .Leading project teams of 30 cross functional staff, full budgetary responsibility ranging £250k to £15m, and good exposure to interfacing with all levels of management. Exceptional stakeholder engagement experience, building strong relationships, robust exposure to participating with a range of organisations, to define business priorities, deliver projects and introduce governance aligned to organisations culture and process maturity. Recently married Duane enjoys spending time with his family , he has a young daughter who takes up most his time. Duane is also in the process of developing a e-learning platform to help empower the uninformed and upskill people from a Variety of backgrounds.

Passionate and ambitious she secured her role at a top city firm after previously studying medicine for two years. Olivia was recently invited to share her experiences as a means to inspire others in a podcast supported by her firm. She has shown commitment to charitable initiatives volunteering on her local PPG and as a tutor/mentor. Olivia is particularly passionate about social mobility and mental health, hoping to support the board by offering a younger perspective. In her free time Olivia enjoys tennis and cooking.

Rose Villa

Rose Villa provides shared living accommodation for up to 5 people aged 18+ who have a mental health diagnosis and housing needs. The service also supports 12 people in the community. Accommodation is provided under an assured shorthold tenancy with support from two Mental Health Support Workers who are based at Rose Villa, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. During these times, Support Workers will also be available to those individuals who are using the satellite service in the community.

Sade is passionate about contributing to the community, especially to causes she cares about, i.e., providing HR expertise and support to organisations that provide health care services, mental health, health and wellbeing support, basic infrastructures & amenities, and better lives for all persons need.

Walker House is the perfect service for individuals who aren't quite ready to live alone or manage their own tenancy without frequent input from a support worker, It is seen as a ‘step down' unit for those that have been in a more supported residential service and are ready to work towards living more independently in the community, but may still benefit from the support of a worker who is available readily throughout the week.
