Adam has been with the business since 1997 and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to help our business grow and achieve its goals.
He works very closely with all other departments in the business to ensure our continued success.
He is involved in the development and implementation of strategies to promote continued organic growth and profitability, including market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and track competitors.
He leads our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute successful campaigns and also builds strong relationships throughout our customers base to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Finally, he is actively involved in tendering, cost increase negotiations with existing clients, cost mitigation and added value, financial planning and innovation.
Adam started his career with Constant as an event steward and Security Officer while at University. On starting full time, he worked in various departments for the first couple of years including HR and our Control Room, which really helped to sharpen his thinking in terms of delivering industry leading service standards for our customers.

Andy has been with the business since 2005 and manages a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, including major universities, research & technology assignments, manufacturing plants and internationally recognised events.
He is actively involved in the day to day management and development of existing contracts, ensuring the highest levels of customer care and attention to both his clients and his site based colleagues.
Andy is also a key manager in our Event Management Team responsible for event planning and management of globally recognised events of from conception to completion.
He has developed a thorough knowledge at both strategic and operational level within the business with a proven track record in setting up and consistently delivering complex security operations.
He is trained to the highest industry and professional standards, including IOSH: Managing Safely, holds the BTEC Level 4 in Security Management qualification and an MBA in Business Leadership.
Christine has been with Constant for 40 years and is our Executive Chairman.
Her role involves overseeing all aspects of company compliance. She ensures that our company operates with the utmost integrity and transparency, upholding the interests of all colleagues, customers and stakeholders whilst maintaining the highest standards of corporate behaviour.
She is responsible for devising, establishing and implementing a real culture of quality into everything we do at Constant, including the review of customer requirements to ensure they are continuously met.
She maintains and controls documentation procedures and will monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports ensuring all colleagues understand how to improve and drive the business forward.

Declan has been with Constant since 2012 and is responsible for leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
He works very closely with our Contract Managers and Operations Managers to ensure that the personnel with the most suitable skills, experience and qualifications are allocated to the most appropriate assignments.
Declan is also responsible for leading our culture of promoting colleagues from within the business and will regularly interview colleagues for new roles which they may aspire to be involved in.

Louise has been with the business since 1988 and ensures financial targets and other agreed operational and logistics targets are consistently met in all departments.
She oversees the performance of our Operations Managers, Scheduling personnel and Control Room Operatives to ensure rostering of personnel is comprehensively achieved.
She also ensures that all colleagues are motivated and organises appropriate training and development programmes for all personnel.
Michael has been with Constant since 1994 and is responsible for all aspects of employment law, working conditions, equal opportunities, recruitment, training and development and staff welfare.
He works closely with our HR Manager in terms of recruitment of all new personnel to ensure that screening takes place in line with our stringent Quality Management System and BS 7858.
He is also responsible for all aspects of employee relations, including managing absence, grievance and sickness and will measure employee satisfaction, identifying any areas that require improvement.

Mick has been with Constant since 1985 and oversees performance throughout our customer base.
He will frequently attend performance review meetings with all clients to assist Contract Managers with the reporting of all aspects of service delivery; ensuring good relationships with clients are continually maintained and that another dedicated resource is continually available to our clients and colleagues.
Mick will also be actively involved in all security investigations and surveys, including customer satisfaction and reporting issues and will work closely with other department heads and senior management to get the very best performance from colleagues.
Nicole has been with the business since 2016 and is responsible for Fleet Management ensuring that we are able to respond to staff and customer needs efficiently and effectively.
Nicole is also responsible for scheduling management of the events team, a complex role managing multiple disciplines across the events sector.
She is IOSH Managing Safely qualified, SIA Door Supervisor, Level 3 NVQ Supervisor and Risk Assesment Trained.
Nicole is based in head office and works closely with our operations team.

Sarah has been with Constant since 2004 and oversees the daily operations of the business, developing and co-ordinating all aspects of management activities.
She is responsible for liaison with customers and colleagues to ensure continuous improvement to service is achieved.
Sarah drives the long-term development of the company, ensuring procedures and systems are in place to provide accountability in all areas. Ths encourages growth, while maintaining motivation, though actively encouraging suggestions for improvement from all colleagues.
Sarah is a qualified trainer and oversees the development of in-hous and bespoke training packages. She is also a qualified Safety Officer and can therefore offer our clients the flexibility required when staging events. She is also a qualified internal auditor which ensures that the business has a holistic approach to process reviews and drives improvement activity.
