Alicia joined PRGX in 2008 and currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer.
In this role Alicia is responsible for leading the PRGX legal team, strategic data governance, managing the PRGX privacy and security program, and identifying and mitigating risk.
Prior to joining PRGX, Alicia was with Home Depot for nine years and was responsible for building the company's privacy program from ground zero. Alicia has significant experience in managing privacy, security, compliance and operational risk with large retail, healthcare, financial and professional services related industries, and has demonstrated a consistent track record and ability to establish and maintain enterprise vision, strategy and programs to ensure information assets are adequately protected.
Alicia received a Bachelor of Industrial & Systems Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Mercer University.

James joined PRGX in June 2008 and is the President & Chief Operations Officer.
In this role, he leads the global operations for PRGX. James background in both Client Services and Operations and his in-country experience of operating PRGX's business units in Europe, Asia, Pacific and the US provides our clients with a deep understanding of legal and cultural differences across our international business. This ensures our delivery brings global best practice and at the same time, is tailored to suit local market conditions in order to optimize client value.
Prior to his current role, James has held the positions of SVP Global Retail Operations, , VP Europe Asia Pacific, VP Asia Pacific and Director of Client Services Europe. James joined PRGX from CRC Management Consultants, London.
James holds an Undergraduate Degree from the University of Surrey, England and has completed Executive studies at London Business School, England.
Jenny Lambert - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Jenny joined PRGX in May 2019 and currently serves as SVP & General Counsel.
In her role, Jenny is responsible for providing comprehensive legal leadership, management, and guidance for all aspects of PRGX's internal and external activities across the globe.
Jenny has over 16 years of experience as an attorney, starting her legal career at the global law firm of Eversheds Sutherland and then inhouse at ADP, Fiserv and Warner Bros. Discovery.
Jenny has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas at Austin.
Jonathan Boston was named PRGX's Chief Revenue Officer in November 2022.
Jonathan has more than 20 years' experience leading sales and marketing teams in rapidly growing global technology companies. He is a leader with experience in defining and executing sales strategies and building sales effectiveness that result in revenue growth. He has sold into Fortune 500 companies and has been measured not just by revenue growth, but also by earnings performance. He has extensive experience in helping sales organizations transform and evolve into highly productive teams.
Most recently, Jonathan was the Senior Vice President of Global Sales for IDX, a leading provider of data breach response software and services. Prior to IDX, Jonathan held sales leadership positions at Navex Global, and Sage Software. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Communications from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington (US). Jonathan will be based in our Atlanta office.

Lynn Howard joined PRGX in May 2019 as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In this role, Lynn is responsible for PRGX's global people strategy, including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and culture.
With over 25 years of human resources experience, she previously served as CHRO for Ciox Health and has held executive leadership positions with Ability Network, Surgical Care Affiliates, and MedAssets. Lynn earned a Bachelor of Science from Shorter University, and a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University.
Michael Lustig was named PRGX President and Chief Executive Officer in March 2021. He also serves on the Company's Board of Directors.
Prior to joining PRGX, Michael was the Chief Executive Officer of Movero Inc., Chief Executive Officer of Apex Analytix, and held numerous roles with Fuqua Industries including Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. Michael's career in source-to-pay began during his prior tenure at PRGX, when he was the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer. He has also served in an advisory capacity to several private equity firms, including Ardian North America.
Michael holds an M.B.A. from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University.
Rodrigo Hoefel was named Chief Financial Officer of PRGX in June 2021.
A seasoned financial leader with more than 20 years' experience with companies such as Ericsson, Siemens and ABB, Rodrigo most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for AMES Taping Tool, a private equity-backed leader in automatic taping and finishing tools, supplies and services.
Rodrigo has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University. He and his family reside in Atlanta, Georgia USA.
Tom Stachowiak joined PRGX in January, 2022 as the company's Chief Technology Officer.
Tom has more that 20 years of experience offering expertise and leadership to engineering teams, including most recently at Uber.
For PRGX, he is driving the company's technology vision by developing products that unlock additional value for clients. These solutions enable stronger supplier relationships and access to vital data insights.
Tom has Master of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Syracuse University.
