Glenn Kurowski - CTO, SVP

Glenn Kurowski is the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for CACI International Inc, a global provider of expertise and technology serving defense, intelligence, and federal civilian government customers. In this role, Mr. Kurowski is responsible for advancing critical technologies, driving technology investments, identifying and developing strategic partnerships, and recruiting and developing the company's technical workforce to accelerate growth and innovatively address customers' most challenging needs. A veteran of the technology industry and a proven innovator and strategist, Mr. Kurowski joined CACI in 2014 and has been instrumental in shaping the company's transition to a technology-powered national security leader. Additionally, Mr. Kurowski has worked across CACI to leverage its engineers, scientists, innovators, and technical talent to create innovative solutions and generate new intellectual property and technology offerings. He was instrumental in CACI's pivot to being market-aligned; professionalized the solution architect profession; established the company's independent research and development program; and initiated academic partnerships. Mr. Kurowski was selected by Federal Computer Week (FCW) to its 2023 Federal 100 (Fed100) list of outstanding government and industry leaders who have gone above and beyond in support of federal IT. Prior to joining CACI, Mr. Kurowski had been with Lockheed Martin for 29 years, progressing in engineering and leadership roles in support of defense and intelligence customers. He advanced to the position of vice president, leading and growing a business unit of more than $700 million and over 2,000 people. He is a recipient of Lockheed Martin's highest honor for technical excellence. His career started in acoustic signal processing and semiconductor design; he then moved into secure communications to replace antiquated Department of Defense/intel systems. He led Lockheed Martin into software-defined radios, including the capture and program management of the Airborne, Maritime, and Fixed Station Joint Tactical Radio System. Subsequently, Mr. Kurowski led a product development effort leveraging cellular and smartphones for tactical theater. In the last decade, Mr. Kurowski has pivoted to combining the application of analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud-based technologies to CACI's markets, including C4ISR, electronic warfare, and digital solutions, as well as applying open architecture, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps to revolutionize software development. Long a proponent of the next generation of talent, Mr. Kurowski is the technical champion of CACI's intern program, the sponsor of CACI's academic relationships, a board member of Virginia Tech's National Security Institute (NSI), and a proponent of reverse mentoring initiatives to accelerate the adoption of digital native thinking and innovation. Mr. Kurowski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is also a certified program manager and certified architect.

Gregory R. Bradford

As head of CACI's United Kingdom operation, Mr. Bradford manages a diverse business providing a mix of IT services and proprietary data and software products to commercial and government clients, primarily in the UK but also in Europe and elsewhere in the world. Under Mr. Bradford's leadership, CACI operates in three addressable markets internationally: Marketing Solutions, Social Services, and Network Services. In each of these markets, CACI is recognized as a provider of high-value solutions focused on helping clients meet their important missions. Mr. Bradford transferred from CACI's corporate headquarters in Washington, D.C. to its London office in 1984. Taking the helm of what was then a small, fledgling operation, Mr. Bradford and his management team have created a business that now ranks as one of the top IT services and software companies in the UK. Mr. Bradford received a bachelor of science degree with high honors in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a juris doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is an inactive member of the California and Washington, D.C. bars. He served in the U.S. Army from 1968 - 1971.

J. William Koegel - Chief Legal Officer, EVP

J. William (Bill) Koegel, Jr. is Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for CACI International Inc, a global provider of expertise and technology serving defense, intelligence, and federal civilian government customers. As General Counsel, Mr. Koegel has ultimate responsibility for CACI's legal affairs, serving as principal counsel to senior management and the Board of Directors and heading the company's legal department. He oversees all legal matters and manages legal and regulatory compliance issues to ensure that CACI operates according to the highest ethical standards. Prior to joining CACI in 2014, Mr. Koegel was, for 27 years, a partner in the Washington, D.C.-based firm of Steptoe & Johnson, LLP, where he developed a strong track record of successfully handling complex legal matters as a trial lawyer and counselor. With Steptoe & Johnson, Mr. Koegel was a member of the Litigation and Business Solutions Department, representing clients on matters involving commercial and government contracts, securities, business torts, the False Claims Act, bid protests, and the Defense Department's National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Mr. Koegel holds a bachelor of arts degree from Northwestern University and a juris doctor degree from Boston College Law School.

Jeffrey D. MacLauchlan - CFO, EVP, Treasurer

Jeff MacLauchlan is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of CACI International Inc, a global provider of expertise and technology serving defense, intelligence, and federal civilian government customers. Among his primary duties are maintaining CACI's capabilities in evaluating new opportunities; ensuring the company has the best people, processes, and technologies to drive organic revenue growth at ever-expanding margins; supporting CACI's annual strategic planning; coordinating financial planning and productivity improvement initiatives; and helping ensure CACI meets its strategic goals. Mr. MacLauchlan has more than 40 years of financial experience and industry success. Prior to joining CACI, Mr. MacLauchlan was a founding partner of First Light Acquisition Group, a special purpose acquisition company focused on dual-use technology businesses in the areas of autonomy and mobility, microelectronics, space, aerospace, cybersecurity, power, and energy. From 2014-2018, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Rockwell Collins, where he worked closely with the company's board of directors and CEO as he led strategy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate communications, investor relations, and technology licensing. Prior to Rockwell Collins, Mr. MacLauchlan spent 32 years in roles of increasing responsibility at Lockheed Martin and its predecessor company, Martin Marietta, where he led Corporate Development for the enterprise, and served as CFO at various times for three reporting segments, including the $12 billion information and services unit. Mr. MacLauchlan holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Maryland.

Jerry Parker

Jerry Parker serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development for CACI International Inc, a global provider of expertise and technology serving defense, intelligence, and federal civilian government customers. Since taking the role in 2024, Mr. Parker is responsible for leading the company's business development functions overseeing efforts to drive business growth and strategy. He also oversees CACI's government and industry relations, and corporate initiatives to expand and scale the company. Mr. Parker previously served as Senior Vice President of CACI‘s National Security and Innovative Solutions (NSIS) business group, where he led a team that developed cutting edge advanced solutions for intelligence, electronic warfare, and cyber technologies for major weapon systems. He has served in several other business development and operational leadership roles of increasing responsibility since joining CACI in 2006. A 40-year veteran of the defense industry, Mr. Parker served as a division manager at Bell Labs prior to joining CACI. There, he provided technical solutions and services to Bell operating companies for more than eight years. He began his career at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), where he spent 13 years as a civilian project manager and lead system engineer for all aircraft electrical support equipment and aircraft launch and recovery equipment. Mr. Parker has bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Drexel University. He currently sits on the board of the Global SOF Foundation.

John S. Mengucci - CEO, President

John S. Mengucci is the president and chief executive officer (CEO) of CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI), a global provider of expertise and technology to defense, intelligence, and federal civilian government customers. Under his leadership of the $7.7 billion company and while achieving sustained operational and financial excellence, CACI's 24,000 talented and dynamic employees are ever vigilant in delivering distinctive expertise and differentiated technology to meet their customers' greatest challenges in national security and government modernization. Prior to his appointment as president and CEO, Mengucci served as CACI's chief operating officer. In this position, he was responsible for developing and implementing CACI's market-aligned strategy, deploying resources in areas of growth, creating the company's recruiting and retention plan, and integrating strategic acquisitions that were critical to CACI's strong operational performance. He was responsible for establishing the company's Shared Services Center and oversaw many corporate functions, including business development, human resources, and contracts, to scale the organization and accelerate business growth. Mengucci also previously served as president of CACI's U.S. Operations, with primary responsibility for the company's domestic, federal, state, and local markets, as well as the company's main business groups. His accomplishments included evolving the company to successfully compete and capture larger opportunities in its market sectors, strengthening customer relationships through the delivery of operational excellence, identifying acquisition opportunities, and leading the integration of acquired companies and capabilities. Before joining CACI, Mengucci was president of Lockheed Martin Corporation's Information Systems and Global Solutions - Civil Product Line. In this position, he led a 13,000-person, $4 billion business area. His group served clients such as the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and other federal agencies. He oversaw additional growth markets as well as investments in health, energy, and financial markets. Mengucci's previous positions at Lockheed Martin included serving as president of Information Systems and Global Solutions - Defense. In this role, his responsibilities included the execution and growth of a $3.5 billion business area providing intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance; command and control; data fusion; and IT solutions and services to domestic and international defense departments. Before this, Mengucci held increasingly responsible executive roles with Lockheed Martin including assignments in their Electronic Systems, Space, and Information Systems sectors, beginning with his position as director of General Electric Corporation's and later Martin Marietta Corporation's Electronic Systems Radar Product Support Division in 1992. Highly accoladed and recognized, Mengucci has appeared on both the Executive Mosaic Wash100 list and Virginia Business Magazine's 500 Power List every year since 2020. He was named one of WashingtonExec's Top 25 Execs to Watch in years 2020 and 2019, and was selected by Federal Computer Week to its 2018 Federal 100 (Fed100) list of visionary and transformative government and industry leaders. Meisha Lutsey

Meisha Lutsey is President of Operations Support and Services for CACI International Inc, an international provider of expertise and technology serving defense, intelligence, and federal civilian government customers. Ms. Lutsey oversees the delivery of strategic and integrated offerings that are focused on intelligence and special operations mission support to military, national security, and homeland security customers across the globe. Her organization is widely acknowledged for providing deep expertise and capabilities supporting some of the nation's most challenging missions. Ms. Lutsey has more than 25 years of experience in operations management, including both domestic and international operations. She began her career with TechniGraphics Systems, Inc. and grew the company through successful program execution and strategic growth initiatives to 11 times its original size before it was acquired by CACI in 2010. In her final role with TechniGraphics, Ms. Lutsey served as the executive vice president of operations. In this role she provided program support, financial planning, production oversight, and contract execution oversight for the company with offices in Ohio, Colorado, Spain, India and Germany, spanning both the federal and commercial geospatial and engineering services markets. In 2022 and 2024, Ms. Lutsey was listed as one of WashingtonExec's "Top Execs to Watch." Ms. Lutsey earned her bachelor of science from Colorado State University in 1995 and dual master's degree in business administration with a focus on international operations from Purdue University and Tias Nimbus in the Netherlands in 2008. Ms. Lutsey was raised in California and has spent her career in Colorado, Ohio, and Virginia.
