Alex Albert is a Founding Partner of Patient Square Capital. He has over 15 years of investment and acquisition experience. Prior to joining Patient Square, Albert was a Partner at Ares Management where he served as the co-head of healthcare within the Private Equity Group. Most recently, Albert served on the Board of Directors of the parent entities of DuPage Medical Group, National Veterinary Associates, Ob Hospitalist Group and Unified Women's Healthcare.
Albert holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in Economics and an M.A. from Columbia University in Quantitative Methods. He also holds an M.Phil from Oxford University in Economics. Mr. Albert is a CFA® charterholder.

Amy Christensen is a Partner with the Vistria Group. Prior to joining Vistria, Ms. Christensen was a Vice President at NewSpring Capital, a middle market private equity firm with a family of funds, including a dedicated healthcare fund. At NewSpring she was responsible for the sourcing, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management of companies in a variety of industries including healthcare. Prior to NewSpring, Ms. Christensen was a Summer Associate with the Gores Group and an Associate with Calder Capital Partners. Ms. Christensen began her career with the Huron Consulting Group where she was responsible for designing, implementing, and managing key strategic and operational initiatives for large healthcare organizations.
Ms. Christensen currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Alacura, Chiro One, St. Croix Hospice, Supplemental Healthcare, and Behavioral Health Group.
Ms. Christensen received a B.S. from Northwestern University summa cum laude and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business where she was an Andrew Alper Merit Scholar.

Andrew Cavanna is a Partner and Co-Head of Healthcare at Apax Partners. He joined Apax in 2017 and is based in New York. Andrew serves on the board of Eating Recovery Center (ERC), Kepro and InnovAge and previously served on the board of Genex. Andrew is also a Member of the Cornell College of Arts and Sciences Advisory Council and Board Member of School in the Square, a charter school providing elementary and middle school education to the Washington Heights community in New York City.
Prior to joining Apax, Andrew spent eleven years at Vestar Capital Partners where he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Healthcare Sector. At Vestar, Andrew was involved with a number of investments including Press Ganey, Essent Healthcare, StayWell, Joerns Healthcare, Sunrise Medical, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Veritas Collaborative. Andrew came to Vestar in 2006 from The Blackstone Group. Prior to Blackstone, Andrew was a Senior Associate at JPMorgan Partners. Andrew started his career as an Analyst in Leveraged Finance at Merrill Lynch.

Anushka Sunder is a Managing Director in Blackstone's Private Equity Group. Ms. Sunder focuses primarily on Blackstone's private equity investments in healthcare and technology. Ms. Sunder serves on the Board of Directors of Blue Yonder, CARD, HealthEdge, Optiv, Precision Medicine Group, and TeamHealth and has also been actively involved in the execution of Blackstone's investments in InComm, NCR, Outerstuff, and Signature Aviation. She is co-chair of the Blackstone Women's Initiative task force and on the Blackstone Charitable Foundation Leadership Council. Before joining Blackstone in 2013, Ms. Sunder was an associate at TPG Capital and an analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group. Ms. Sunder received an AB in Economics from Harvard College, where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Ben joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2006. He represents Frazier on the boards of CSafe Global, Caravel Autism Health, Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, Matrix Medical Network, Parata Systems, SunMed and United Derm Partners. Ben has been responsible for Frazier's successful investments in Ascension Orthopedics, DSI Renal, Golden State Medical Supply, Laboratory Supply Company and Northfield Medical.
Prior to Frazier, Ben was at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP), focusing on investing in the healthcare sector. Before joining MSCP, he was in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group of Morgan Stanley.

Brian Miller is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Linden Capital Partners, a Chicago-based healthcare and life sciences private equity fund.
He has been focused on healthcare private equity since 1998 when he was a founding member of the healthcare team at First Chicago Equity Capital (currently JP Morgan). Mr. Miller began his career in the investment banking division of Salomon Brothers, Inc. (currently Citigroup). He has served on a number of boards: BarrierSafe Solutions International, CORPAK Medsystems, HYCOR BioMedical, SeraCare, Life Sciences Strata Pathology, and Suture Express.
Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School with a concentration in healthcare. Craig has numerous publications in leading journals, including the New England Journal of Medicine, and has collaborated with many national healthcare leaders. He serves as an advisor to the Cornell University Trustees Investment Committee regarding private equity, and he is a former President of the Healthcare Private Equity Association (HCPEA). Craig has been named one of the 40 Smartest People in Healthcare by Becker's Hospital Review.

Diane Daych is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Granite Growth Health Partners. She has more than 30 years of investing, advisory and operating experience, with more than 25 years of experience in the health services industry investing in growth companies that offer specialized solutions for the financing, management and delivery of healthcare. Before founding Granite Growth, Diane led Apple Tree Partners' healthcare services investing team. From 2010 to 2012, she was a managing director and co-head, Private Equity, of the Marwood Group. Previously, since 2000 she was a partner and principal at CCP Equity Partners. Diane currently sits on the Board of Directors of CleanSlate Outpatient Addiction Medicine, QualDerm Partners, Three Oaks Hospice, the National Venture Capital Association, the Tuck Center for Private Equity and Venture Capital and is a past Chair of the Healthcare Private Equity Association.

Doug is a Managing Director with DW Healthcare Partners. Before joining DW Healthcare Partners, Doug worked for Bain & Company. While there, Doug led strategic due diligence efforts as part of Bain's Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Bain's Private Equity Group, Doug advised Bain's commercial clients in the consumer products and food service industries.

Prior to joining Pritzker Private Capital, Michael was a Managing Director at Blackstone Capital Partners, a multi-billion dollar private equity enterprise. During his tenure at Blackstone, Michael helped lead sourcing efforts in healthcare and insurance, investing billions of equity capital in 13 transactions. Michael also served on ten corporate boards, working with management teams to drive value through operational improvements, acquisitions and divestitures. Before joining Blackstone, Michael was an Associate at Hellman & Friedman where he was involved with the analysis and execution of private equity investments in the media and professional services sectors. Mr. O'Leary is a General Partner, having joined WCAS in 2015. Prior to joining WCAS, Mr. O'Leary worked at JLL Partners for over six years, focused primarily on healthcare investments. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Merrill Lynch.

Terry Woodward is a Managing Director and global head and founder of the healthcare private equity at Ontario Teachers' (OTPP). Terry served on the board of HCPEA for over 6 years and was Chair from 2018 to 2020.
Prior to leading healthcare private equity, Terry led global venture capital and growth equity at OTPP. OTPP has a global portfolio in healthcare private equity, leading deals in North America, Europe and Asia. Terry and the healthcare team led/co-led investments including: Inc Research, Amica Senior Lifestyles, Heartland Dental, Asia Pacific Healthcare Group, Phynet Dermatology, PetVet Care Centers, Acorn Health, Nvision Eye Centers, and Abano Healthcare. Terry has a Ph.D. from McGill University and an MBA from Michigan State.
Thomas "TJ" Carella joined Warburg Pincus in 2016. Based in New York, he serves as a Managing Director and is Head of the Healthcare Group. He is a Director of Aetion, Alignment Healthcare, Polyplus Transfection, Quantum Health, SOC Telemed, Summit Health, Vertice Pharma and WebPT. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, TJ was a Partner in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs and Global Head of the division's Private Equity activities in the Healthcare sector. While at Goldman Sachs, he led, or was actively involved in several investments across Life Sciences, Healthcare Services and Healthcare Information Technology.
