Claire Isaac

Claire is passionate about classical osteopathy and a biodynamic approach working with her patients to promote healing from within, treating the individual rather than the condition. Whilst completing her training at the European School of Osteopathy her practice has been inspired by working alongside specialists in the treatment of headaches, cranial work, women's health and sports rehabilitation as well as babies and children in children's clinic. She also completed stage 1 in Equine Osteopathy with Animal Osteopathy International and is a lecturing assistant at the European School of Osteopathy. Treatment choices include a blend of structural, cranial or functional techniques using a whole-body approach to restore health and well-being. Claire also draws on 8 years teaching experience of yoga, pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation to encourage patient self-care. She is an experienced long-distance runner with a keen interest in training and rehabilitation having run eight marathons to date. Claire plans to continue her biodynamic training, functional work with the Sutherland Cranial College as well as furthering her training in animal osteopathy. Claire brings together a career as a former discovery scientist at Pfizer and veterinary pharmacologist at the Royal Veterinary College with a passion for sharing yoga and a lifetimes love of nature to find her true calling in helping others to restore balance and harmony between the body, mind and spirit through the healing art and science of osteopathy. Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Animal Science, MPhil (Veterinary Pharmacology), MOst (Hons) Osteopathy registered with General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. Certified British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Level 4 Yoga Teacher and a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Therapy.

Jess Brown MOst

Jessica qualified with a Masters degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy, London, winning an award for highest academic achievement and for her dissertation on the contributing factors to chronic low back pain, both presented by Princess Anne. Originally working in the film industry, Jessica retrained in order to pursue a long-held interest in the mind, body, health and wellness. Jessica considers herself to be an evidence informed practitioner and actively keeps up to date with the latest research on clinical reasoning, rehabilitation and manual therapy. During her training and career, she has gained a wealth of experience in treating a variety of patients throughout London and the South-East, including expectant and post-partum mothers, children, sports injuries and the elderly. She has also worked at the Royal Free Hospital in London and in a GP setting in Southwark, where many of the patients had complex and challenging health problems. Jessica is incredibly passionate about women's health and has completed specialist postgraduate training in women's health, menopause, hormones, pregnancy and postnatal health, pelvic health and diastasis rectus assessment and rehabilitation. Jessica is very interested in rehabilitating injuries and strains from sports or accidents. She also enjoys treatment and management of arthritis and has experience of prehab and rehab for knee and hip replacements. Jessica has a special interest in the management and treatment of headaches and has completed further postgraduate training in this area. Jessica enjoys working in collaboration with her patients and her aim is to give patients a clear understanding of their problem, and to work together to create a holistic plan for self-care. Patients are likely to receive bespoke advice and exercises addition to any hands-on treatment. Jessica has a gentle manual therapy approach and uses a variety of osteopathic techniques including cranial, structural, visceral and muscle energy techniques along with sports and soft tissue massage. Jessica has a diploma in sports massage and has completed training in cranial osteopathy with the Rollin E Becker Institute and training in Kinesio taping. Linda Kilgallon

Linda Kilgallon qualified with Centre for Homeopathic Education and also has an MSc in Health and Wellbeing. Linda has used Homeopathy for 30 years. Her journey began when her first child was 2 years of age and needed medication, which I had concerns about. His treatment with Homeopathy was incredible and I have never looked back. Now I am in a position to share my knowledge, experience and training with others. I look forward to working with you.

Maria Best MOst

Maria is an experienced Osteopath who trained at the European School of Osteopathy and graduated in 2012. As an osteopath, Maria considers the whole of the body in her treatment and will help you to understand the cause of the pain; for instance the pain in your knee could be caused by an imbalance in your pelvis. Maria is experienced in working with people of all ages. She especially enjoys working with the very young and older people. Maria tailors her approach to the patient. She is adept with using both cranial and structural treatments. Her gentle supportive approach combined with cranial techniques provides effective treatment for mothers and their babies.
