The Sussex County Association of Change Ringers was founded on 24 January 1885. Today we have about 1000 members from more than 130 church towers right across Sussex. Our aims, which have changed little since those early days, are to promote and support change ringing on bells in Sussex... The Association arranges various activities and events in order to support and promote change ringing on bells in Sussex. These are organised at Association or District level - anyone is welcome to attend events in any District, not just their own. Check the events calendar or District newsletters for details of upcoming events... Est. in 1885 our 1300 bell ringers enjoy change ringing on the bells of 130 church towers across Sussex.
