As the Chief Executive Officer for Taxback, Joanna Murphy is responsible for running all facets of the business.
Joanna has a demonstrated history of working as a talented CEO and Company Director. With her transition to Chief Executive Officer of Taxback, it is Joanna's responsibility to ensure that our service far exceeds our client's service expectations.
Joanna brings with her a first class honours degree in business studies, a diploma in management, a diploma in digital marketing, years of hands-on management experience and invaluable business expertise. Joanna is a vital cog in the Taxback machine and is wholly invested in making sure that our day-to-day operations run to the highest possible standard.

Marian has been part of the Taxback team for more than 12 years.
In her role, she is responsible for developing and influencing the company's expansion strategy.
She works across all functions that sustain the strategic objectives of the company in Ireland, the UK, Europe and Australia and also focuses on streamlining internal procedures to increase efficiency and improve customer experience.

As General Manаger at Taxback, Niki is responsible for many aspects of Taxback performance - with a particular emphasis given to exploring opportunities and developing new services for our ever-expanding portfolio.
Having joined Taxback more than 20 years ago, Niki has worked at all levels of the business including Customer Service Representative, Team Leader and Senior Sales Manager.
Together with Team Leaders, Niki works to create a positive and supportive environment where all employees feel valued and motivated.
