Charlie was a joint founder of Property Vision in 1983. He started his career with Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong after leaving Oxford with a History degree. He is currently a director and trustee of the Cadogan Estate and author of two novels both published by Quartet. He writes for various publications and lives between Somerset and London.

Eric has been part of Property Vision since 1995 and had oversight for both the sale of the business to HSBC Private Bank in 2001 and the subsequent management buyout in 2012. He is now the firm's Finance Director.
Aside from Property Vision, Eric keeps himself very fit and is a year-round badminton and tennis player.
With a BSc (Hons) in Business, Georgina's career in the capital's property world spans over a decade. Previously as Business Development Director of Taylor Howes, an Internationally recognised interior design studio, Georgina was responsible for developing the business through direct relationships with private clients and esteemed developers in a client representative capacity. Prior to this, she started her career working for a boutique real estate practice, operating in the renowned Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, which provided the foundations to advise on validating purchases.
Driven by a desire to bring the highest levels of customer service to clients, it was a natural fit to evolve into the buying agency world. Providing clients with a hand-holding approach and offering honest advice has been paramount in her outlook. She enables clients to have a holistic approach to the purchase, taking into consideration the wider factors of lifestyle and aesthetic which are key to the overall decision-making process.
Georgina is a country girl at heart and keen sportswoman. She enjoys keeping fit and has reverted to spending weekends travelling with her partner in crime now life has resumed post-Covid.
Prior to joining Property Vision, James spent seven years working on the other side - the selling side. Never completely comfortable with accentuating the positives and washing over all the pitfalls, James had his light bulb moment in 2010 and realised he really had a servant's heart. The fulfilment of working in partnership with clients to achieve the best result for them was, to James, unrivalled.
Away from work James is a keen sports enthusiast and is especially passionate about golf and cricket.

Joanna Bishop is a London rental property market specialist with 18 years' experience. She has extensive knowledge advising tenants and finding properties for a broad range of clients from senior board level executives relocating to London, clients looking for a rental home whilst searching to buy a property, to repeat rental clients who need help with their next move.
Prior to working in rental advisory and search, Joanna spent 9 years in Investment Banking with her career predominantly spent at CS First Boston and JP Morgan.
Nick joined Property Vision in 1988 after 4 years in the fine art world, running his own business and 3 years with a national agent. Based in Hampshire for 30 years working for a lot of great clients he knows the country house, farm and estate market in the south of England as well as anyone.
His two grown up children live in London and Nick and his wife now live in south Oxfordshire. His passions are long dog walks on the Ridgeway, fishing and running.
Nicola is a swim coach, certified diver and when not at work can be found swimming between the islands of the Aegean and beyond.
Peter's first job was in Research and Development. Two patents later, he left for a career in property, arriving at Property Vision over twenty years ago. All the lateral skills that Peter had learnt in research and development were utilised and tested every day and, with demanding partners, it is never dull.
Peter also runs his family estate in Northern Ireland which includes forestry and a wedding business, and chairs an Irish Grouse conservation project, which was awarded a Purdey Game and Conservation award in 2011.
Following flirtations with the music industry and publishing, Philip's career began in commercial property and portfolio management, moving to high-value London residential sales in the 1990s. He joined Property Vision in 2001, initially building the business in the southeast. 22 years on he leads the team and helps clients with the most significant budgets across all competencies.
Philip has a passion for sustainability and is jokingly referred to as 'Greta' by his colleagues in the office. In his free time, Philip likes to unwind with friends in the South Downs, ideally on a yoga mat or in the kitchen where his inner Keith Floyd takes over.

Robert joined Property Vision in 2011 and, from our Hungerford office, advises on buying property within the M4 corridor and throughout North Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.
Robert lives just outside Marlborough and has a thorough knowledge of the surrounding counties and their finest country houses and estates. He has three grown-up children and spends much of his spare time training young racehorses. Robert's other passions include cycling and offshore sailing, but increasingly he can be found gardening and rewilding small areas of Wiltshire.
After graduating from Newcastle University with a degree in history, Simon moved to London and spent four years learning his trade in estate agency. Having seen how things were done on the sales side of the fence, a move to the buying side was next. Simon has been with Property Vision since 2005 and advises clients on the acquisition of property across London.
Simon lives in South West London with his wife and three children. Outside of work he plays golf, loves watching and attending almost any sport you can think of and thoroughly enjoys travel.
After Spending several years at one of London's most prominent Agents, Tom made the move to Property Vision, to provide clear-cut and thoughtful advice. His passion for people and natural exuberance helps his bond with clients.
In his spare time, Tom can be found scouring cookbooks or travelling. He lives in London, but spends large proportions of his time at his family home in Surrey.
